learn from the party’s history and reality,helping to Deepen the Exploration of the Party’s Self-construction Law,provide new guidance for the party in today’s discipline inspection work.The Birth of the Discipline Inspection System of the Communist Party of China is the Need for the Development of Revolutionary Situation and Tasks.It is an inevitable historical development.It is drawing on the ancient Chinese monitoring mechanism,Critically studying and absorbing the ideas of power restriction and supervision in Western countries,according to Marx and Engels’ thoughts on inner-party supervision,learning from Lenin’s inner-party supervision ideas and the Soviet Union’s supervision system,learned from Sun Yat-sen’s power monitoring ideas and created in conjunction with the actual conditions of the Chinese revolution.The Communist Party’s disciplinary inspection system has undergone continuous attempts from the period of the new-democratic revolution,in the period of socialist construction,we have explored tortuously in practice,and since the new period of reform and opening up,we have been blazing new trails in inheritance.Since the party’s 18 th National Congress,the disciplinary inspection system was continuously reformed.During this gradually evolving process,the party’s discipline inspection work continued to move toward a new height.The historical practice has proved that when the party’s discipline inspection work is valued,the party’s construction will achieve better development;when the party’s discipline inspection work is destroyed,the party’s cause will suffer serious losses.Therefore,the disciplinary inspections should be strengthened in any historical period,and cannot be weakened.This article studies and discusses the history and status quo of the Communist Party’s disciplinary inspection system.Through the literature review to understand the research results and deficiencies of this topic,to inspected the history of the evolution of the Communist Party’s disciplinary inspection system.Summarized the basic experience,described the current status of the party’s disciplinary inspection system,found out its existing problems,and explored the path of its reform and improvement.This study consists of an introduction,four chapters,and a summary of three parts.The introduction,it mainly defines the discipline inspection work,the reason and significance of the topic of the paper were introduced.The current state of academic research on this topic has been sorted out,the research ideas of this article and the research methods used,the innovation of this research project,and gave a brief explanation of the framework of this paper.The first chapter mainly explores the ideological sources of the communist discipline inspection system of the Communist Party of China.First of all,it explores the changes,features,and implications of the ancient Chinese supervisory system.Secondly,it discusses the idea of the supervision and control of power in Western countries and its practice.Finally,it focused on the direct theoretical guidance of the discipline inspection system of the Communist Party of China,which first came from Marx’s thought on intra-party supervision.After drawing lessons from Lenin’s ideas on strengthening party supervision and the Soviet Union’s supervision system,it also absorbed Dr.Sun Yat-sen’s discussion of power monitoring.Then On these basis,a party’s unique disciplinary inspection system was created.The second chapter mainly discusses the evolution of the disciplinary inspection system of the Communist Party of China in different historical periods and its background analysis.From the establishment and continuous practice of the new-democratic revolution period,it also experienced the tortuous exploration in practice after the founding of New China and during the socialist construction period.In the new period of reform and opening up,it has restored the establishment of disciplinary inspection agencies at the central government and at all levels,explored the office system of disciplinary inspection and supervision organs,and broke new ground in innovation.By reviewing the historical process of the continuous evolution of the party’s discipline inspection authority,analyze the historical characteristics,roles,and limitations of its different periods.The third chapter mainly examines the reform of the communist party’s disciplinary inspection authority since the party’s 18 th National Congress.It mainly studies the composition,operation,reform,and achievements of the communist party’s disciplinary inspection authority since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,Analyzed the establishment and supervision of the party’s inspection system.And analyze the limitations of the leadership system of disciplinary inspection and supervision organs that exist in the course of their operation.For example,it is difficult to truly implement the dual leadership system and there are practical problems in the operation of the agency.And there is a lack of strong supervision within the disciplinary inspection and supervision system.The fourth chapter mainly attempts to analyze the problems existing in the communist party,and explores the reform of the disciplinary inspection and supervision system of the Chinese Communist Party.By perfecting the dual leadership system,reforming and perfecting the inspection system,and implementing a unified management system for all-rounded agencies,the reform and innovation discipline inspection mechanism will be implemented;Establish and improve the internal supervision mechanism of discipline inspection organs and build a team of discipline inspection cadres who are loyal,clean,and responsible;Strengthen the anti-corruption international cooperation and use the energy of social supervision.After the 19 th National Congress in particular,the CPC pushed forward the reform of the disciplinary inspection system and creatively explored the major institutional changes of the party’s disciplinary inspection authority and the state supervisory authority,that is,the supervisory committee,and fully demonstrated the integration of power restriction and supervision systems to jointly strengthen and improve the party’s disciplinary inspection system.By continuously strengthening party discipline inspection work,the Chinese Communist Party is fully promoted to strictly govern the party,constantly self-purifying and self-renovating,consolidating the party’s ruling status,and advancing the great project of party building in the new era.To study the historical evolution and reform path of the communist party’s disciplinary inspection system,to strengthen the Party’s discipline inspection organs’ own construction,constantly improve the functions of the CPC’s discipline inspection organs,and enhance the independence and authority of the discipline inspection organs themselves.These are great practical significance to promote the building of party style and clean government and the fight against corruption.
