Study On The Protection Of Tibet Traditional Culture By The Communist Party Of China Since The Reform And Opening-Up

China is a united country with 56 ethnic groups.Tibetan is an indispensable member of the Chinese family.Tibet is a sacred and inseparable part of Chinese territory.Tibetan traditional culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,it has paid great attention to the protection and development of Tibetan traditional culture.The protection of Tibetan traditional culture has a profound theoretical and practical basis.After the peaceful liberation of Tibet,the protection of Tibetan traditional culture ushered in a new era,especially since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee.With China’s gradual completion of the work of bringing order out of chaos and the emphasis on the economic development of reform and opening up,the party and government’s work of protecting Tibet’s excellent traditional culture has been carried out in an all-round way and achieved effective results and experience.This is not only conducive to the development of Tibetan culture and the improvement of the material,spiritual and cultural conditions of the Tibetan people,so as to realize the unity and unification of the motherland,but also can make the people of the world really understand the unremitting efforts of the Communist Party of China in protecting Tibetan traditional culture.Based on the basic position of Marxist dialectics,this paper discusses the five chapters of the paper by using the four methods of literature research,system analysis,historical analysis and comparative research.The first chapter is introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the basis and research significance of the topic selection,the current research status of domestic and foreign scholars on Tibetan traditional culture,the research ideas and methods,as well as the innovation and shortcomings of the paper.The second chapter is an overview of Tibetan traditional culture related issues.This chapter mainly introduces the concept and basic connotation of Tibetan traditional culture,the formation and historical development of Tibetan traditional culture,and analyzes the necessity of protecting the traditional culture of Tibet.The third chapter is the theoretical and practical basis of the protection of Tibet traditional culture by the Communist Party of China.This chapter explains the basis of the protection of Tibet traditional culture by the Communist Party of China from two aspects: Theory and practice.The theoretical basis includes Marx and Engels national culture theory,Lenin national culture theory,and Chinese Marxist Tibetan culture theory.Based on the practice,the paper discusses the practical activities of the Communist Party of China to protect the traditional Tibetan culture by Taking Tibet to obtain peaceful liberation and democratic reform.The fourth chapter is about the comprehensive protection of Tibetan traditional culture by the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up.This chapter discusses the practical activities of the CPC in protecting Tibet traditional culture since the reform and opening up.The paper mainly selects five typical representatives of Tibetan language and writing,cultural relics and books,culture and art,religious belief,ethnic customs and traditional technology to demonstrate the protective actions made by the Communist Party of China.The fifth chapter is about the achievements and experiences of the Communist Party of China in protecting Tibet’s traditional culture.Since the peaceful liberation of Tibet,the protection practice of traditional Tibetan culture has made great achievements in four aspects,including: the use and development of Tibetan language and characters are guaranteed,the protection of cultural heritage has made remarkable achievements,Tibet cultural cause has been developed rapidly,and Tibet traditional culture has gradually moved to the world.At the same time,it is concluded that the experience of the coordinated development of the two is to protect the traditional culture of Tibet,to adhere to the leadership of the party and the national policy,to strengthen the protection team of the traditional culture of Tibet,and to persist in the coordinated development of inheritance and innovation.
