In the second half of the twentieth Century,the current ecological criticism rose in the western academic circles.Ecology,as a branch of natural science,has gradually crossed the boundary between the subject and the humanities.The concept of eco criticism entered the mainland of China in the early twenty-first Century.Local scholars tried to integrate this critical method with Chinese traditional cultural context and make it more Chinese characteristics.As the paradigm of academic research,the application of ecocriticism in China is more embodied in the fields of culture,literature and art criticism and art research.Therefore,there are a number of interdisciplinary research paradigms based on the theory of eco-as the theoretical basis.A new disciplinary perspective is formed with the combination of literature,philosophy,aesthetics,ethics and anthropology.And ecological film criticism,as a new branch of ecological literary criticism,has formed a new special perspective on film analysis.The new film research,which is called "green film",is an extension of ecocriticism to its own criticism.The Aesthetic Discussion of eco movie is the specific practice form of the aesthetic appreciation of the ecological literature and art,and is related to the interaction between the ecological political discourse and the cultural context.Based on the theory of ecocriticism,this paper investigates and interprets the specific image texts,and tries to investigate the ecological aesthetic implications of eco movie works.Therefore,we explore the relationship between movie culture and Ecological Aesthetics: as a cultural representation of natural concept,how do eco movies complete the construction of natural image and depict the relationship between human and nature.The ecological film is also the way to complete the construction of aesthetic representation in the audience group,so as to show the ecological aesthetic meaning of human culture.At the same time,the expression and construction of the ecological beauty in the eco movie,and the depiction of the relationship between human and nature in the story text,in what way,eventually changed the construction of human ecological concept,thus affecting the development of human culture.In this paper,the background and theoretical origin of the ecological film are combed,and the characteristics,nature and boundary of the ecological film are limited.The concept of ecological film is put forward in the context of modern and post-modern cultural context.It is the rapid development of science and technology and the positive effect of humanism.At the same time,we should rationally examine and criticize the negative effects,and re locate the objective requirement of the relationship between man and nature.Twenty-first Century Carnival as visual culture and technology under the information age,culture and Internet plus media environment,image and image to dominate the aesthetic psychology of the audience.This change also subverts the function of interpretation and expression held by words in the traditional cultural life.Ecological crisis,the relation between man and nature,the existence of means that the film’s transmission of ecological ideas is more likely to be sublimated to the ecological experience and aesthetic enjoyment of the audience.During the viewing process,the cultural connotation of the film is projected on the audience’s emotion and resonates,thus ferment the ecologic emotion in the subconscious mind.The creator is implied in the ecological aesthetic implication of the eco movie,and finally constructed into the audience’s aesthetic experience,echoing the real life experience,so as to accept the position and proposition of the eco movie.This paper discussed the ecological category of films,are those that will be ecological holism as the theoretical source,and the ecosystem benefit as the value standard,investigated the relationship between man and nature,and to explore the influence of social ecological crisis behind,showing a unique ecological aesthetic taste of movie art.It can also be concluded that if the ecological aesthetic tendency and ecocriticism as the standard of a movie are measured,then the eco movie is a plot movie that contains documentaries and other narrative types.On the time span,the study of ecological films is limited to "modern",and it is specific to the time since 80 s.In the space category,this paper will study on the ecological film is defined in the "Chinese",and close to the current outstanding research.In the first chapter,the background and evolution of eco philosophy in East and West are briefly reviewed.Based on that,the cultural context and philosophical origin of eco movie are discussed and traced.In the history of human civilization,the long history of ecological aesthetics and philosophical origin is the theoretical basis of our research on Eco cinema--the foundation of ecological aesthetics.It is also the starting point for the formation of cultural and linguistic context as the source of the theory of eco movie creation.As a matter of fact,when we create various story situations in eco movies,we aim at the expression and interpretation of nature,and depict the relationship between man and nature,which is a repetition of different natural ecological concepts in human civilization.The study is based on the cultural sources of different contexts in the East and the west to investigate the evolution of the ecological aesthetic concepts in the eastern and Western philosophical and cultural traditions.From Anthropocentrism to ecological holism,from Marx to Heidegger’s ecological aesthetics,ecological thought from twentieth Century after vigorous to modern ecological aesthetics;and the Oriental Culture in the context of Confucianism and Taoism three aesthetic tradition contains organic ecological concept of Oriental wisdom of.It is the ecological aesthetic origin of this vivid evolvement,which provides a rich ideological connotation and aesthetic origin for the creation of contemporary Chinese ecological films.The second chapter of this article is a review of the initial construction of the germination,development and typology of Chinese ecological films.After several generations of Chinese filmmakers,Chinese films began to be widely concerned in terms of class narrative,cultural and human narrative,ecological consciousness and ecological vision.From the initial ecological theme revealed in science and educational films,to the documentary of the natural history and the ecological theme presented in the genre movies,the Chinese Eco cinema has experienced the birth and development in thirty-five years.The expression of ecological theme,ecological consciousness and ecological aesthetic meaning has changed greatly.Though decades of short time is just a beginning for the development of China’s eco cinema,this critical process is worth our Retrospect and reflection.The third chapter of this article examines the aesthetic connotation of ecological films,and takes the film as the main object of investigation.Through a large number of specific text interpretation,analysis of Chinese ecological film creation concept.It is pointed out that the ecological film as the perfection of the human spirit and the spirit of nature fit,a collection of people and society,man and nature,man and self,and not only the relationship between man and nature;investigation of film art to ecology system by means of "three parts",China ecological film ecological relationship between man and nature to discuss removing also,focus on questioning people and social environment of conflict,including the construction of people’s spiritual ecology.The problem of spiritual ecology and natural ecology value of film creation of film creation,energy and power,the art of film content and expression of local color,film making in the theme of man and nature,in the creation of the film art development and ecological interpretation are analyzed,hoping to change early in the creation of ecological film "picturesque" the creation of aesthetic standards,change the concept of creation of humanism,by extending the text view,and widen the ecological film type boundary;reach a true expression of natural ecological film in constructing the holistic and ecological ideology.The fourth chapter of this paper analyzes the aesthetic implication of eco movie.As an important part of China’s eco movie,aesthetic criticism should have a unique perspective,which is different from traditional eco movie research.More and more eco filmmakers pay attention to the fact that eco movies not only have their own characteristics in ideology,but also show their own characteristics in aesthetic and artistic expression.The study of ecological film should be discussed from the aesthetic and artistic characteristics.Therefore,to study eco movies,we need to explore its unique aesthetic charm,understand its unique aesthetic concepts,and analyze the unique aesthetic purposes,aesthetic concepts,aesthetic characteristics and aesthetic implications of eco movies.Based on the text on the fineness,explore the aesthetic characteristics and aesthetic meaning of ecological film,analyzes the four characteristics of aesthetic implication Chinese ecological film: nature,integrity and blending,inter subjectivity,and the expression of China film facing the ecological aesthetic implication from the analysis of the conventional narrative,and digital virtual movie narrative on the expression of virtual imaging technology to analyze the ecological aesthetic implication.The fifth chapter of this paper makes a further investigation of the cultural ethical value behind the aesthetic implication of eco movie,and focuses on the discourse system of the ethical relationship between human and nature in the expression of eco movie.We should pay attention to the cultural and ethical relationship between ecological film construction and nature conflict or interdependence.This paper analyzes the ethical orientation of the eco movie producers’ value relations and their ecological connotation from three different relational models,namely,the opposition,harmony and symbiosis between human and nature.This paper discusses how to realize the moral concern of natural ecology and explore the relevant moral norms to deal with the relationship between human and surrounding environment.The expression of ethical concern and special relationship between man and nature has now become the focus of Chinese film creation.The aesthetic process of natural ecology in ecological film inevitably involves the orientation of ethical relationship between human and natural ecological environment.Therefore,the study of ecological ethics in movies is of positive significance to explain the aesthetic implication contained in it,and further explore this theoretical resource to expand the possibility of aesthetics research space.Finally,in the context of globalization,this paper analyzes the cultural connotation and aesthetic development of eco movie’s creation based on the expression text of eco movie as the aesthetic implication of ecocriticism.It also points out the misunderstanding of contemporary China’s eco cinema’s ethical discourse and the misunderstanding of its creation techniques,and puts forward some forward-looking thinking for the future development direction of eco movie and the aesthetic trend of eco movie in the context of globalization.
