Study On The Diagnosis And Treatment Characteristics Of Xinan Doctors In Ming And Qing Dynasties

Objective:From the Ming and Qing Xin’an doctors in the medical records,screened by medical records,including the use of the original prescription,using prescription decoction,using combined classical prescription,and then a comprehensive analysis of the medical records by induction,summed up the Xin’an physicians on the use of prescription laws and characteristics,as well as by more indications for prescription in clinical use and lay a solid foundation.Method:In this paper,by referring to the existing Xin’an doctors medical case books,first of all,to develop into specific standards and methods of classical prescription,according to the inclusion criteria were collected by medical records,medical records of the party to party as the key link to classify,secondly,from the overall medical records by the party to carry out comprehensive analysis,induction,summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of doctors in Xin’an the regularity and characteristics;thirdly,to further explore the specific application in the medical records of classical prescription,and "typhoid fever","Golden Chamber" in the indications were compared,highlighting the Xin’an physicians on the aspects of the rules and characteristics of classical prescription application.Result:1.According to the classical inclusion criteria included a total of 603 medical prescriptions,63 prescriptions which relates to prescription,the prescription and the primary side of a total of 595,narrate classical prescription combination for a total of18.2.Xin’an doctors clinical use classical prescription to treat serious diseases,chmicalprocess is good at classical prescription,highlighting the advantages of classical prescriptions in the treatment of typhoid fever in the Yin Syndrome,is good use of classical prescriptions for warming,in gynecology and surgery,also make use of classical prescriptions,expand the clinical use of classical prescription.3.Xin’an doctors use prescription treatment of some serious diseases,epidemic diseases in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Xin’an doctors mostly follow the "epidemic febrile disease is typhoid fever",played by the advantages in the treatment of epidemic febrile disease.Conclusion:1.Xin’an physicians on the side,both inheritance and development of innovation,expanding the scope of application of classical prescriptions in the clinical.2.Through the study of Xin’an doctors prescription medical records,to guide clinical,make a better combination of theory and practice,for in the clinical use of classical prescriptions to lay the foundation.
