Research On The Multi-Subjects Collaborative Governance Of Sports And Medicine Fusion

In the background of new times,health has become an important aspect of the people's growing needs for a better life.However,health problems caused by lack of sports have become increasingly prominent,which seriously threaten people's health.Particularly,the "blowout" growth of patients with chronic diseases has placed a heavy burden on the medical and health career and even caused a public health crisis.In order to cope with the health threats faced by people,how to play the synergistic effect of sports and medical health promotion in the process of life circle has become an important issue in the construction of healthy China.This study aims to construct a multi-subjects collaborative governance advance mechanism through the multi-subjects collaborative governance research of sports and medicine fusion to promote the realization of the collaborative governance.According to the logical conception of the identifying subj ects,finding problems,promoting hypothesis,verifying hypothesis,and constructing mechanism,this study carries out its research centering on the main line of "multi-subjects" of sports and medicine fusion,and guided by the theories of good governance,synergetic,health promotion,and stakeholders.Throughout the research process,more than 1,200 related academic papers and nearly 600 books at home and abroad were reviewed.Beijing Sports and Medical Fusion Health Management Innovation Research and Demonstration Base and other four specific cases were investigated.More than 10 experts and scholars including Jiang Lihui and Liu Zhihua were interviewed.More than 800 questionnaires were issued in Zhengzhou,Jinan and other cities,through which the first-hand wealth information is accumulated.The main research work is divided into the following five parts.The first part is the introduction of the theoretical basis and literature review.On the bases of the research background analysis,this part extracts the research questions,analyzes the purpose and significance of the research,and points out the value of the research.It defines the core concepts of sports and medicine fusion,governance,and collaborative governance,and explains the research content,research methods and innovations.It summarizes the theory of good governance,the theory of synergetic,the theory of health promotion and the theory of stakeholders involved in the research.It systematically cards the present research on sports and medicine fusion,governance and collaborative governance,multi-subjects collaborative governance,and sports and medical fusion collaborative governance,constructs the assumption of theoretical breakthrough on the basis of the previous generations,results.The second part is the multi-subj ects identification of sports and medicine fusion,and problems review.On the one hand,based on the stakeholder theory,it identifies key subjects that affect sports and medicine fusion synergistic effect and fully considers the coupling relationship between sports and medicine fusion and subjects such as government-led,sports management,health management,sports services,medical services,social autonomy and the public to further determines the composition of the multi-subjects.On the other hand,around the communication,competition,coordination and development of multiple subjects in the complex organizational network,it mainly analyzes the problems in current multi-subjects synergy,management system design and governance operation mechanism.The third part is the model construction and verification of the multi-subjects Collaborative Governance of sports and medicine fusion.On the one hand,based on the overall construction idea,the multi-subjects Collaborative Governance model of sports and medicine fusion is constructed with the 10 selected research variables.After drawing from transcendental theory,induction and deduction,the hypothetical relation of 18 variables is proposed.On the other hand,it conducts the multi-subjects synergy theory model verification of sports and medicine fusion.It introduces the data analysis methods required by the empirical research,rationally designs the measurement scale of the variables,forms questionnaires,and tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaire through a small sample survey;it collects and analyzes the sample data through the issuance of formal questionnaires.It uses the structural equation model to verify the hypothesis path;it further analyzes and discusses the empirical research results.The last part is the study of multi-subjects collaborative governance advance mechanism of sports and medical fusion.This part is the final stay point of the study.In order to strengthen the positive correlation of the government-led subject,sports management subject,health management subject,sports service subject,medical service subject,social autonomy subject and social public subject,and further promote the multi-subjects' synergy effect of sports and medicine fusion,the overall framework of the advance mechanism of multi-subjects collaborative governance of sports and medicine fusion is constructed.And it summarizes the experiences of sports and medicine fusion multi-subjects collaborative governance in developed countries to gain enlightenments from advanced experiences.The collaborative behaviors between multi-subjects are clarified through clearing the role of multi-subjects in sports and medicine fusion.And operational modes and realizing way of multi-subjects are confirmed.Finally,the advance mechanism of multi-subjects collaborative governance is constructed.This study mainly gains four conclusions as following:first,the multi-subjects that identify the fusion of sports and medicine are government-led subject,sports management subject,health management subject,sports service subject,medical service subject,social autonomy subject and the social public subject.Meanwhile,there are insufficient issues in the synergy of multi-subjects,the anomie of governance system design and the hysteresis of governance operation mechanism.The second is that the theoretical model and verification results of the multi-subjects synergy of sports and medicine fusion confirm that the government-led subject and other six subjects have a positive influence on the synergy effect of the sports and medicine fusion.It proves that the government-led subject,the sports management subject and the health management subject have a positive influence on the sports and medicine fusion system design.It also examines the positive influence of sports service subject,medical service subject and social autonomous subject on the construction of the sports and medicine fusion mechanism.The system design and mechanism construction of sports and medicine fusion mechanism have a positive effect on the sports and medicine fusion mechanism synergistic effect.Fourth,it constructs the advance mechanism of multi-subject collaborative governance,specifically:consummating the overall planning mechanism of the government-led subject;deepening the concept identification mechanism of multi-subjects;strengthening subject coordination mechanism of multi-subject;clarifying the responsibility sharing mechanism of multi-subjects;optimizing the resource sharing mechanism of multi-subjects.And it puts forward the following realization path:improving the multiple service subjects of the sports and medicine fusion;enhancing the relevance to optimize the integration and reciprocal mode;enhancing the awareness and ability of public participation;creating a collaborative environment to expand the area of collaboration;training compound talents for sports health guidance;promoting sports prescription and scientific fitness guidance;recalling the fusion value of traditional sports and traditional Chinese medicine.Compared with previous studies,this study is innovative in the following four aspects:First,the composition and synergy relation of multi-subjects exploration of sports and medicine fusion is innovative.The current researches are mostly limited to sports and health subjects,which do not involve the diversified composition of the subject.This paper regards the government-led subject,sports management subject,health management subject,sports service subject,medical service subject,social autonomy subject and social public subject as the composition of multi-subjects,whose synergy relation exploration is a deepen extension in this field.Second,the multi-subjects synergistic theory model of sports and medicine fusion constructed in this study is innovative.Creatively selecting research variables and constructing theoretical models,putting forward the hypothesized relationship between multiple subjects and related variable,designing questionnaires,analyzing data and testing hypotheses,this paper quantitatively displays the influence relationship between multi-subjects and the synergistic effect of sports and medicine fusion.The empirical results prove that the positive influence relationship between government-led subj ects and the synergistic effect of sports and medicine fusion is the most critical.Third,the multi-subjects collaborative governance advance mechanism of sports and medicine fusion constructed in this study is innovative.Aiming at the behavior optimization and future development of the multi-subjects,overall planning mechanism for government-led subject of the design,the concept identification mechanism,the department coordination mechanism,the responsibility sharing mechanism of multi-subjects,the resource sharing mechanism,it further clarified the role positioning of the multi-subjects,the collaborative behavior and the operation mode from the practice.The concrete realization path proposed is the further deepening of the promotion mechanism.This paper has a rich theoretical significance and practical significance for the research on the sports and medicine fusion multi-subjects synergistic governance.In theory,it not only enriches the sports health promotion theory,but also enriches health management theory.In practice,it is conducive to promote the new health concept of"treating before getting diseases" and further promote the smooth development of national fitness and healthy China strategy;it is conducive to the extension integration of the sports industry and the health industry,thereby alleviating the contradiction between health demand and medical supply;it is conducive to promote sports governance and the increasing of sports management ability,which in turn has promoted the modernization of the sports governance system and governance capacity.
