Research On Evaluation Of Medical Equipment Procurement Based On Gray Theory

Medical equipment, especially major medical equipment which is one of the symbols of the modern medical university, is the precondition to improve the quality of scientific research, and to some degree, determine the lever of medical and technology are very important to the modern medical science. Hence the management research of the medical equipment has gradually become one of the import research topics in health undertakings administration all over the world.Bid evaluation is core link in medical equipment procurement management. Finding out a scientific and practical evaluation method is the key to pick out the proper bidding equipment. The scientific and reasonable weighing of factors matter in evaluation process is of crucial importance as it directly works on the ultimate target of the medical equipment procurement. In view of the above, this paper studies the bid evaluation process and methods in the medical equipment procurement.Firstly, this paper analyses the bid evaluation research situation both at home and overseas as well as the characteristics of the medical equipment procurement, and study the main method of procurement evaluation theory as well as the main content of gray theory.Secondly, the index system of evaluation is established for medical equipment procurement. The index system of evaluation for medical equipment procurement mainly focuses on the following three aspects:strength of suppliers, technical performance of equipment, and trading business indicators.Thirdly, the bid evaluation method based on the grey theory is proposed for medical equipment procurement. In the first place, the evaluation index weights is calculated by AHP and group decision making method, then the qualitative indicators are evaluated with whitening function of grey theory; the quantitative indicators are evaluated with correlation analysis of grey theory, the integrated evaluation value is composed by evaluation results of quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators, then medical equipment suppliers is selected.Finally, the content of the study be used in practice in a hospital medical equipment procurement evaluation activities, the application shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the results of this study.
