Objective: By investigating the suicidal ideation rate of the high school students in the school, the susceptibility factors of suicidal ideation of high school students were analyzed, which provided a theoretical basis for comprehensive psychological intervention in the next step.By implementing three-in-one comprehensive psychological intervention measures from students, schools and families, the high school students' suicidal ideation rate will be reduced and the mental health of high school students will be improved. Methods: This study was divided into two parts.(1)Part 1.Study on the predisposing factors of suicidal ideation in high school students.Using stratified random sampling methods,a total of 2535 students from Grade 1 to Grade 3 in three senior high schools in our city were investigated. We used standardized scales such as Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation-Chinese version(BSI-CV),Eysenck's Personality Questionnaire,Suicide Attitude Questionnaire,Self-rating Depression Scale, and Self-rating Anxiety Scale to conduct a questionnaire survey.Based on the suicidal ideation rate obtained, further analysis of the subject's individual related susceptibility factors was progressed.(2)Part 2.Comprehensive psychological intervention and effect evaluation.Based on the results of the first study,a three-in-one comprehensive psychological intervention system for reducing the suicidal ideation of high school students was constructed from three aspects of students, schools and families. The cycle unit was set, each cycle unit had a fixed content, and 10 professional teachers gave classes to different classes at different times from Monday to Friday.Among them,at least 2 teachers completed 10 classes in 1 week and completed one cycle unit in all classes in 5 weeks. After 4 cycles, all classes completed the full content of the “three-in-one” comprehensive psychological intervention, and each class received at least 4 professional teachers with different methods of intervention. The professional intervention teacher and the class randomly collaborated, and each class was interactively coordinated and completed by professional teachers and the class moral education teacher during the class. In the 21 st week, five professional teachers would systematically train and mentor the relevant teachers in the school lecture classes from Monday to Friday. In the 22 nd week, five professional teachers also conducted discussion on family therapy and family education for some parents in the school lecture classroom from Monday to Friday. Results: A sample survey of 2535 high school students was conducted. The suicide ideation rate of the sample was 28.13%.Individual susceptibility factors such as depression, anxiety, suicide attitude, and personality characteristics were closely related to suicidal ideation. To construct and apply a “three-in-one” integrated psychological intervention system for students, schools, and families to carry out a 22-week intervention. After 2 weeks of intervention,it was reassessed that the high school student's suicidal ideation rate dropped to 6.51%.Conclusion: This study concludes that the current high school students had a high suicidal ideation rate.Individual susceptibility factors such as depression, anxiety, suicide attitude and personality characteristics had a greater impact on the suicidal ideation rate. After applying the “three-in-one” comprehensive psychological intervention system from students, schools, and families that we had built,we can effectively reduce the suicidal ideation rate of high school students and improve the mental health of high school students.
