| 1 Purpose and significance of the studyUsually,this is considered to be aging,such as:over sixty years,with white hair,tooth loss,dizziness and deafness clinical manifestations.In fact,aging is a broad concept,and modern studies have found that the process of human aging has started since embryonic development.Aging occurs mainly after the age of sixty,but even in infants and young children can age.In fact,in clinical terms,aging can occur at any age.The characterization of aging can be appearance of aging appearance,can be expressed as internal organs morphology changes,along with the aging of tissues and organs,its function will be a recession and a series of complicated aging related diseases.Therefore,it is important for us to correctly understand the essence and characterization of aging for understanding the related diseases of aging and delaying senility.Medical record is the objective record of TCM clinical practice,recorded the clinical manifestations and signs of patients,embodies the specific application of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine prescription.Study on medical record as the sample data is close to clinical practice.Aging related medical records scattered in the ancient and modern medical records involved in aging aging due to aging,anti senility,syndrome treatment etc.This study through the collection of ancient and modern medical records,medical records related to aging screening,combining database and data mining technology,the aging related medical records makes a comparative analysis of multi-level multi angle,aims to sort out the aging theory of TCM and its origin,to explore the characterization and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine of aging,aging related diseases and its understanding of the law,should be based on the idea of aging intervention,Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome,as a typical case of aging related diseases,to explore the specific application of aging theory of TCM in clinical practice,and the method of early intervention on aging.2 Research methods and content1)Literature study of Chinese medicine theory of aging and anti-aging,from the perspective of the historical development of the system of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of aging and anti-aging theory,summed up the doctors' understanding of aging and anti-aging in different historical periods.2)Based on the ancient and modern medical records to screening the medical records be related with aging and establish of aging related medical records database.Methods and procedures:Collection of ancient and modern medical records;Establishment of the aging related medical records database standard.The medical records related to aging to be screening based on ancient and modern medical records;Data pretreatment on senescence related medical records were screened out;"Chinese medical records management module of Traditional Chinese Medical knowledge service and sharing system in v1.2.2 as a tool for building data base.3)Aging related medical records data will be used for data mining analysis based on the standard database of medical records related to aging.These aging related medical records in the standard database of data analysis will be added to the pool,and then analyze the data.The data analysis tool is the Traditional Chinese Medical knowledge service and sharing system in v1.2.2 data mining analysis module.The main contents of the analysis consists of three modules,the first module is the frequency analysis,including doctors,disease,symptom,syndrome,drug etc.The second module is the association analysis,including TCM syndromes,diagnosis,treatment and prescriptions,respectively and the association rules between Chinese medicine,and the association between Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine analysis.Also includes the analysis of association between the five internal organs deficient syndrome and symptoms of the patients over the age of 40.4)Based on SPSS 19.0 data analysis tool for the aging related medical records in the standard library of single herb by cluster analysis.3 Results and conclusions of the studyThe medical records collected were collected from ancient to modern books of 681,with aging related medical records of books 251,finally met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of aging related medical records in 1220 cases.1220 cases of aging related medical records in the standard database for data mining analysis,the results are as follows:1.Frequency analysis1)The kidney,warmly invigorating kidney yang,tonifying qi and blood,invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,tonifying life-gate fire,tonifying qi of middle-jiao energy,warming the kidney and strengthening yang,nourishing kidney essence,invigorating spleen and kidney;4)Symptoms:Frequency distribution in the top 10 are:thin white fur,pale tongue,deep thready pulse,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,pale,red tongue,lassitude,weakness,emaciation,thready and weakness pulse;5)The distribution of Chinese medicine frequency the top 10 are:radix aconiti carmichaeli,astragalus,ginseng,angelica,codonopsis,bighead atractylodes rhizome,radix rehmanniae praeparata,poria cocos,cassia twig,white peony;The top 12 constitute a new prescription combination:radix aconiti carmichaeli,astragalus,ginseng,angelica,codonopsis,bighead atractylodes rhizome,prepared rehmannia root,poria cocos,cassia twig,white peony,chinese wolfberry,licorice;6)Prescription name:Frequency distribution in the top 10 are:guifudihuang pills,buzhongyi qi decoction,fuzi lizhong decoction and sijunzi decoction,zhenwu decoction,six ingredient rehmannia pill,lizhong decoction,shiquan dabu decoction,guipi decoction,sishen pill.2.Results and conclusions of cluster analysisIn 1220 cases of aging related medical records by cluster analysis,20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine composition,the first kind is Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Guipi Decoction prescription,second prescriptions for Guifudihuang pills and Shenqi Pill.Among them,there are 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine combinations with tonic effect,accounting for 60%of the total category.In the category of tonic efficacy,tonifying kidney is predominant,followed by invigorating spleen,followed by supplementing qi and blood.3.Association analysis3.1 Association analysis of consilia essential factors and drugs.1)The correlation analysis result can be seen:drugs name(Chinese medicine diagnosis)and the Chinese medicine name carries on the correlation analysis,the results showed that sterile respectively with Chinese medicine prepared rehmannia root,chinese wolfberry,dodder,a high degree of relevance,and the sterility shudihuang strongly associated,dysentery(chronic dysentery)and dangshen,ginseng,white atractylodes rhizome,radix aconiti and a high degree of relevance,which is strongly associated with root of hairy asiabell,ginseng;diarrhea(chronic diarrhea)and aconite root,ginseng,atractylodes,a high degree of relevance,which is strongly associated with aconite root,ginseng;infertility and prepared rehmannia root,angelica high correlation;edema high correlation with tuckahoe,aconite;asthma a high degree of relevance,ginseng and monkshood;from the associated disease and drugs can be seen,reflected in all aspects of the body aging,which are manifested in different forms of the disease,from disease resistance and efficacy of combined drugs can be seen,aging the essence of the deficiency,and kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency,yang deficiency,qi deficiency and blood deficiency led.3)Syndromes and drug related degree can be seen,kidney support degree,within this range and the symptoms of lung and kidney qi deficiency associated less,this shows that over 40 years of age,and both aging related diseases,syndromes of lung aging for qi
