The Discussion Of Medicine And Homologous Chinese Medicine Diet Nursing Of Yin-deficiency Syndrome And Yang-deficiency Syndrome Based On The Data Analysis

ObjectiveBased on data analysis,take the "prescriptions of traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary"and"Dictionary of traditional Chinese medicine"as the data source,screen out the medicine and food homologous products and common compatibility suitable for yang-deficiency syndrome and yin-deficiency syndrome,and the life of common temperature,clear heat edible items,discusses and summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine diet nursing of the yang-deficiency syndrome and yin-deficiency syndrome,provides data support for the yang-deficiency syndrome,the yin-deficiency syndrome and the food-drink homologous food database,provide reference for further basic experimental research and clinical dietary guidance of Chinese medicine.MethodsThis study is based on the quality control of guidance group and experts.Take the"prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary"and "Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine" as the research object.The drug and food homologous items and/or Prescription for treating Yang deficiency syndrome and Yin deficiency syndrome composed by health care products of "prescriptions of traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary"were screened and collated in accordance with uniform standards("Both Food and medicine List","List of Items Available for Health Care Products","List of Prohibited Items for Health Food Products")and enter the Excel table to create data templates.According to "Chinese Medicine","Chinese Medicine name Dictionary" their Chinese medicine names were standardized.The statistical analysis of the taste,meridian,frequency statistics,frequent K item set and association rule Apriori algorithm were used to analyze the prescription of Yang deficiency syndrome and yin deficiency syndrome screened by computer;Based on the "traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary"to establish edible items Excel table number template,and according to the grain,vegetables,meat,eggs,tea,aquatic products,fruit,dried fruit and other eight sorting,the classification,arrangement and specification of them were carried out,and then the more common edible items tonifying Yang or tonifying Yin were screened form the database built by a computer cooperative unit.Results1.Medicine and food homologous substances suitable for Yang deficiency in Chinese dietetic nursing(1)Edible items most frequently used before three is dodder,Eucommia ulmoides,the frequency is 11.63%;frequency is 10.08%;Yizhiren frequency is 9.30%;(2)Two kinds of edible items commonly used in compatibility,dogwood,Shudihuang use the highest frequency,frequency of 13.85%;Three kinds of edible items commonly used in compatibility,cinnamon,fructus corni,radix rehmanniae;yam,cornus officinalis,radix rehmanniae were the highest frequency of use,frequency of 23.53%;(3)Common food items for Yang-deficiency:1 kinds of grains;5 vegetable species;7 species of aquatic products;poultry eggs and milk 8;1 kinds of tea;fruit 3;4 kinds of dried fruit;the other 4 species.2.Medicine and food homologous substances suitable for yin-deficiency syndrome in Chinese dietetic nursing(1)Edible items most frequently used before three is radix ophiopogonis,frequency is 14.96%;frequency of 10.68%;rehmannia,medlar 10.26%;(2)Two kinds of medicine,food,homologous products,commonly used in compatibility,yam,rehmannia glutinosa yellow,the highest frequency of use,the frequency is 8.92%;Three kinds of medicine,food,homologous products,commonly used in compatibility,yam,poria,rehmannia glutinosa use of the highest frequency,frequency of 6.71%;Four kinds of medicine,food,homologous products,commonly used in the compatibility of Chinese yam,poria cocos,rehmannia glutinosa,cornus officinalis,the highest frequency,frequency of 12.07%;(3)Yang common items:7 kinds of edible grains;12 vegetable species;13 species of aquatic products;poultry eggs and milk tea 13;2;8 and 3 kinds of dried fruit;the other 7 species.Conclusions1.The study can provide the data support for the animal experiment research in the next step.2.The study can provide a reference for further clinical dietary nursing.3.The study summarized the medicine,food,homologous substances and common edible articles which were suitable for yang-deficiency syndrome,yin-deficiency syndrome,and handed them to the research group computer cooperation unit to construct the food and drink homologous food database.
