Research one:The observation of clinical effect of electro-acupuncture treatment for severe functional constipationObjectiveBy observing the eleetro-acupuncture treatment of severe funetional constipation,study the effectiveness of the electro-acupuncture treatment for severe functional constipat ion.Methods70 cases of severe funct ional cons tipa tion patielts randomly divided into the treatment group(electro-acupuncture group)and the control group(sham electro-acupuncture group).The trea tment group:acupoints:Tianshu(ST25),Fujie(SP14),Shangjuxu(ST37).Using 2-3 inch stainless steel needle inserts skin quickly,then slowly inserts vertically and deeply,until the parietal peritoneum,do not insertion and twisting.Then respectively transverse connects the electric acupuncture instrument in Tianshu(ST25)and Fujie(SP14)of the needle on the handle.Electro-acupuncture parameters:the frequency of 15 Hz,current intensity between 0.1-1.0 mA,until abdominal muscles vibrate slightly.For Shangjuxu(ST37),with 1.5 inch needle inserts vertically into 1 inch,local mussle be sore feelings for Deqi(getting the Qi);during the treatment period,every 10 minutes manipulates needle one time,there are totally three times.Control group:acupoints:Non-acupoints beside Tianshu(ST25),Fujie(SP14),Shangjuxu(ST37).The control group acupoints are Tianshu(ST25),Fujie(SP14),Shangjuxu(ST37)besides 1 inch,Beside Tianshu(ST25)and Beside Fujie(SP14)the points are in the middle of the spleen and stomach meridian;Beside Shang juxu(ST37)is in the middle point of the stomach and gallbladder meridian.Operation:using 1 inch stainless steel needle,inserts 0.3 inch to 0.5 inch(needle body can connect the electric needle upright as degrees),do not to manipulate,then connects the electro-acupuncture to the needle handle,the special power supply that displays 15Hz frequency,current strength in 0.5 ma but not power on.Frequency,period and time of treatment:two groups all retaining needle for 30 minutes each time,first two weeks treatment 5 times per week,1 times a day.last 6 weeks treatment 3 times per week,2 days 1 times;Continuous treatment for 8 weeks,a total of 28 times treatment.Observation indexes:1 The week Complete Spontaneous Bowel Movements(CSBM):Compare to the baseline CSBM increases with 4 and 8 weeks treatment on the average weekly CSBM.2 Bristol stool form:Compare to the baseline stool form increases with 4 and 8 weeks treatment on the average weekly stool form.Results1 complete spontaneous bowel movementsCompare different time points within the CSBM group:P<0.05,suggesting that groups in different time points CSBM difference is statistically significant.Compare CSBM between two groups:compare between groups(P<0.05,explain differences between the two groups are statistically significant.2 Bristol stool formCompare different time points within the group:P<0.01,suggesting that group stool form from the different time points,difference is statistically significant.Compare Stool form average score between two groups:compare between groups(P>0.05),is no statistically significant.Conclusions1 Electro-acupuncture treatment for severe functional constipat ion is effective,the effect factors are acupoints,electro-acupuncture,the needle technique,needling deeply.2 Electro-acupuncture treatment can increase the complete independent stool frequency effectively,improve bowel response system and bowel movements effectively.3 Electro-acupuncture treatment can change Stool form effectively.Research two:The research of Electro-acupuncture treatment for severe functional constipation patient’s thoracic and abdominal body surface temperatureObjectiveTo use the infrared thermal imaging technology to observe the thoracic and abdominal body surface temperature of lung and intestinal corresponding area,to explore the exterior-interior relationship of lung and large intestine viscera.MethodsIn the study,base on the research one,involved in 30 cases of patients with severe functional constipation,using ATIR-M301 uncooled medical infrared thermal imager,collects the body surface temperature of lung and large intestine body surface corresponding area,then prepare to be analyzing.Results1 Compare the body surface temperature of the lung body surface corresponding area before and after treatment:before treatment 34.71 ± 1.25 ℃,after treatment 33.67 ± 1.10℃,(P<0.05)difference is statistically significant.2 Compare the body surface temperature of the large intestine body surface corresponding area before and after treatment:before treatment 34.62 ± 1.21℃,after treatment 34.98 ± 1.28℃,(P<0.01)difference is statistically significant.ConclusionsIn view of the severe funct ional constipation eleetro-acupuneture treatment,is possible cause patient’s the body surface temperature of lung and large intestine body surface corresponding area,prompts "lung associated with large intest ine".
