Research On The Cross-Level Impact Of Regional Innovation Environment Impact On The Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise Innovation Capability

To enhance the innovation capacity of equipment manufacturing enterprises and vigorously promote the innovation and development of equipment manufacturing industry is one of the core tasks of the implementation of "made in China 2025",which plays an important role in alleviating the economic downturn,optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure and activating the innovation vitality.The development of equipment manufacturing industry also reflects the obvious regional differences.Therefore,in-depth study on the influence of regional innovation environment on the innovation ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises is of great value for improving the innovation ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises,promoting the development of equipment manufacturing industry and realizing the goal of building a manufacturing power.Based on the existing research at home and abroad,theoretical research and empirical research are carried out from the perspective of cross-level,following the research context of"problem proposing--theoretical analysis--empirical test--countermeasures research",so as to deeply analyze the cross-level influence of regional innovation environment on the improvement of innovation capacity of equipment manufacturing enterprises.The research results of this paper are further enriched and deepened for the related theoretical research results and have important theoretical significance.At the same time,it also has important reference value for relevant government departments to formulate and implement policies to optimize regional innovation environment and equipment manufacturing enterprises to formulate strategies to continuously improve their innovation capabilityThe main research contents of this paper include:firstly,on the basis of comprehensively combing,summarizing,analyzing and referring to the existing research results at home and abroad,the connotation,characteristics,components and other contents of regional innovation environment and the innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises are distinguished and analyzed.Based on the theories of regional innovation system,resource dependence,enterprise innovation and regional economics,this paper theoretically analyzes the relationship between regional innovation environment and the innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises,and then constructs the research framework of the influence of regional innovation environment on the innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the regional innovation environment of equipment manufacturing enterprise innovation capability of panel effect in theoretical analysis and empirical test,using fixed effect analysis model,based on the almanac data,respectively for regional culture environment,policy environment,regional human resources environment,financial environment,regional infrastructure environment impact on the innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country has carried on the empirical analysis.Then,the panel quantile model is adopted to further analyze the influence,trend and change of regional innovation environment(cultural environment,policy environment,human resources,financial environment and infrastructure)on the innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises with different quantiles.On the basis of the above research,the cross-level influence of regional innovation environment on the innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises is empirically studied by using the cross-level model analysis method and based on the questionnaire survey data of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Inspection regional culture environment,policy environment,regional human resources environment,financial environment and infrastructure environment influence on equipment manufacturing enterprise innovation capability,innovation opportunity recognition in the regional innovation environment(cultural environment,policy environment,human resources environment,financial environment,infrastructure environment)to the equipment manufacturing enterprise innovation capability hierarchical intermediation role between the relationship,as well as the regional innovation environment(cultural environment,policy environment,human resources environment,financial environment,infrastructure environment)in innovation opportunity recognition and the relation between equipment manufacturing enterprise innovation capability across the level regulating effect.Finally,according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research,countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the innovation ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises are given from different levels,and corresponding countermeasures for optimizing the regional innovation environment and improving the innovation ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises are proposed respectively from the two levels of government and enterprises.
