Study On The Optimization Of Living Space In Chongqing Village-to-residence Community From The Perspective Of Production-life Relationship

Urbanization is an effective means to gradually eliminate the dual structure of urban and rural areas and coordinate economic development in China.With the advancement of urbanization in China,"village to residence" as an important means to accelerate urban development occupies an important position at present.Up to now,the research of village-to-residence community in our country is still at the exploratory stage,and the existing theories can not effectively meet the requirements of community construction and community development in the context of urbanization,in the transitional period,there is more room for the targeted construction of the community.Therefore,based on the background of the current urbanization development in China,this paper draws on the theory of Neo-Marxism and the theory of urbanization under socialism in China,and starts from the perspective of production-life,based on the development of the current situation,this paper makes an investigation to explore the optimization strategy of the living space in the community.The author puts forward his own opinion on the optimum design of the living space in the community,which is expected to provide meaningful reference for the future design practice.Through Literature Survey,Field Survey,interview survey,questionnaire survey and other research methods,first of all,research topics related to the background as a theoretical support,through the production-life relationship itself as well as urbanization,living space on the characteristics of analysis,to understand the internal logic of the transformation of the living space in the village-to-residence community,and to put forward the applicability of the "production-life" relationship in the living space of the village-to-residence community.At the same time,according to the influence of production changes on the living space of Chongqing villages,and referring to the related thoughts and theories from the perspective of "production-life",12 villages in Chongqing were selected to change into living communities under different locations and development stages of cities and towns,this paper investigates the existing space characteristics from three aspects: the General Space Construction,the physical living space construction and the mental living space construction,and sums up the problems existing in the current community living space in Chongqing villages,which are the impact of the general space construction on the life,the conflict between physical living space and behavior,and the impact of mental living space on the environment.Then through the macro-background of urbanization,the cause of formation of village-to-residence community and the micro-influencing factors of community living space,the paper discusses the cause of formation of village-to-residence community living space.Finally,according to these theories,characteristics,problems,causes of the optimization strategy.It is considered that the factors of location and environment should be taken into account in the overall space construction,and the level of community construction should be established In physical living space,we should add semi-public space to alleviate the conflict of space function,set up multi-function space to use flexibly,advocate "semi-autonomous" design of part of space,and integrate community service space precisely In the space of mental life,we should construct the transitional space to guide the behavior,diversify the base to promote the residents’ communication,construct the multi-social grid system,and prolong the memory in the new environment to increase the spatial interpretation.
