As the process of urbanization continues to advance in China,the number of safety accidents in construction enterprises has remained high,which causes serious losses to people's lives and property,and poses a great threat to stable development of social.Scholars generally pay attention to the impacts of individual behavior on system safety.However,group behavior is also an important influencing factor,which directly affects people's safety behavior,the safety status of objects and the safety level of enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the level of organizational safety behavior and shows its important role in project safety management,has important research significance for improving construction workers' safety behavior,reducing safety accidents and improving construction safety performance.The theory of social capital emphasizes the mutual cooperation and adaptability among organizations and the important role of organizational social capital on their behavioral decision-making has gradually been focused by scholars,but there is still few research on its application in the field of construction project organization safety management,so it has great theoretical and practical value to study how to fully communicate and coordinate between different departments of the construction project,how to promote organizational safety behavior through social capital,how to optimize safety management decisions and establish a safety guarantee mechanismBased on the analysis of the theory and literature related to safety behavior of construction project organization,the main work and conclusions of this thesis contain the following four partsFirstly,this thesis elaborated and analyzed the related theoretical foundations such as safety behavior theory and organizational behavior theory,and systematically combed the past researches related to organizational safety behavior.Based on this,the organizational safety behavior dimension was identified combining with the research status of construction organizational safety behavior and several expert interviews and discussions.The construction project organizational safety behavior is summarized into safety management behavior and safety business behavior,the safety management behavior is subdivided into safety organization behavior and safety plan behavior and safety supervision behavior;the safety business behavior is subdivided into safe execution behavior and safety prevention behavior.Thus,the final scale of the construction project organizational safety behavior was developed.Through the reliability and validity analysis,it was confirmed that the developed scale has good reliability and validity.Secondly,based on the theory and literature analysis,this thesis put forward the theoretical hypothesis of the relationship among variables,and constructed the structural equation model of the influence of social capital on organizational safety behavior.The empirical research on the construction project organization is carried out,and the fitting degree of the constructed structural equation and the significance of the path coefficient between variables are analyzed.The results show that social capital has a significant positive impact on the safety organization behavior;social capital has a significant positive impact on the safety plan behavior;the structural dimension and cognitive dimension of social capital have a significant positive impact on safety prevention behavior;social capital has a significant positive impact on organizational safety supervision behavior;the relational dimension and cognitive dimension of social capital have a significant positive impact on organizational safety execution behavior.In terms of the effects of the three dimensions of social capital,the structural dimension shows greater influence on safety supervision behavior and safety prevention behavior;the relational dimension shows greater influence on safety supervision behavior and safety execution behavior;the cognitive dimension shows greater influence on safety plan behavior and safety execution behaviorHowever,the structural equation model analysis of the relationship between social capital and organizational safety behavior is a static analysis,while in construction practice,the relationship of the two are dynamically evolved.Therefore,this thesis used Bayesian network to carry out forward prediction and reverse reasoning on the relationship between social capital and organizational safety behavior,so as to comprehensively verify and analyze the mechanism of interaction between the two variables.The results show that improving the safety organization behavior,safety prevention behavior and safety supervision behavior can further effectively improve the level of the organizational safety behavior;Compared with improving safety management behavior and safety business behavior,the better organizational social capital is more effective to improve the safety behavior performance of construction enterprises;improving safety management behavior and safety business behavior at the same time is the most effective way to improve organizational safety behavior.Finally,this thesis analyzed the behavior consequences of managers by adopting BCD(Benefit,Cost,Deficit)model,integrating the influencing factors of organizational safety behavior,and considering safety,time,quality and cost as construction organization goals,and established a decision-making model of organizational safety behavior by using the theory of influence diagram.The model was applied to the decision-making of construction project safety investment behavior,from the three aspects of income,cost and loss,the impact of construction project organization social capital and organizational safety behavior on safety input risk is simulated and predicted.The results show that:(1)In the four decisions,the order of safety input risk from large to small is,not complying with the safety training regulations and not complying with the safety input regulations,complying the safety training regulations but not complying with the safety input regulations,not complying with safety training regulations but complying with safety input regulations,and complying with safety training regulations and safety input regulations.(2)The better social capital level in the construction enterprise project organization can instead part of the safety training behavior,so that can reduce the risk caused by the decision not to comply with the safety training regulations but comply with the safety input regulations;(3)the most effective decisions to reduce the safety accident risk is to improve the safety execution behavior.Above all,The main innovation of this research is the development of the construction project safety behavior measurement scale,which provides measurement tools for the organizational safety behavior assessment and improvement;the theory model of organizational safety behavior based on social capital is proposed,so that provides a research framework for the related research;and this thesis reveals the mechanism of interaction between the construction project organizational social capital and organizational safety behavior,enriches the theoretical results of organizational safety behavior research;as well as constructs the organizational safety input behavior decision-making model,and applies it to safety management practices,which can support for construction projects to the selection of construction plan;and finally gives suggestions for improving organizational safety behavior.
