| From the national vocational education system issued in 2014 to the opinions on the integration of production and education from office of the State Council in 2017,both measures have greatly promoted the rapid development of vocational education parks(VEPs)in China.Modern vocational educational has been gradually an important part of higher education in China.The establishment of VEPs is a key point for the synchronous improvement of modern vocational education service.The VEPs refers specifically to a comprehensive area combined with multiple vocational education institutions as well as the industrial parks(IPs)and its communities.And it is closely linked to the urban development direction.It has two aspects of construction significance: on the one hand,it provides an exchange platform for industrial development and talent demand,and improves the overall quality and efficiency of school running.On the other hand,VEPs,as an integral part of urban functions,provide local governments with an overall plan for urban planning and construction,integrate high quality education resources,and adjust the layout of vocational schools to achieve overall improvements in some aspects such as scale,quality,and efficiency.However,on account of the fairly late establishment and develo pment of China’s vocational education system,until now there has been none complete experience in the construction of VEPs.The development mode of applying the university city in the VEPs has resulted in the mechanical clustering of multiple vocational education institutions,resulting in a large scale of construction,closed space,weak links with the surrounding urban space,and a lack of integration of production and education;and the space resources of various vocational education institutions within it are scattered.The cost of construction is high;space design cannot match the increasingly updated teaching mode and other design problems.All of these problems are all researching subjects that need to be solved very urgently.Therefore,this paper puts forward the developing goal of space intensive design for the establishment of VEPs.It aims to give full play to the spatial interaction between related IPs,communities and campuses,and optimize the allocation of regional resources under the premise of balancing the spatial layout and economic costs,and enhance the capacity for independent operation and self-financing.It helps to create a compact,high quality educational space environment for users of VEPs.This study is based on the idea of searching for traits and goals,following objectives and strategies,as well as design methods.It utilizes a combination of literature induction,research and empirical research,satisfaction survey,and theoretical model construction to construct a space-intensive design for VEPs.First of all,through the summarization,research and empirical methods on literature documents,this essay proves the relevance between the spatial design of modern VEPs and intensive goals.On the basis of combing the origin of in tensive concepts and the development of ideas,it analyses intensive goals for intensification.By exploring the links between them,the development context and core values of space intensification in the VEPs are explored,which provides the basis for subsequent research.Secondly,based on the design strategy of interactive self-organization theory and the design method of students’ satisfaction survey,which helps to establish the target system of space intensive design for VEPs.Based on the dynamic laws of interactive self-organizing theory,the space system of VEPs is classified into block-level space systems,cluster-level space systems and cellular level space systems.According to the system’s mutual feedback,integration,and expansion of operating rules,the design strategies for constructing intensive targets are: complementary mutual feedback of block-level space,superposition and integration of cluster-level space,and interactive expansion of the space of the cellular level.Based on the design strategy,a student satisfaction survey was used to investigate and compare the overall satisfaction of space in VEPs with 14 different levels of intensification,to identify design cases satisfying the conditions of high intensiveness and high satisfaction,and to extract spatial design points;Using spss correlation analysis,select the space environment factors with high correlation of satisfaction.And then,the design elements of the real case and the space environment points related to satisfaction are coupled with each other,and the design method of space intensive in the VEPs is proposed.Based on all of the above analysis,considering the quality benefits of interactive self-organization and the environmental benefits of the student satisfaction survey,this essay finally established the intensive design goals for the space of modern VEPs with high intensiveness as well as high comfort level.The second and the third chapter are the ontology of the thesis research,which is the guiding ideology an d foundation of the fourth,fifth and sixth chapters’ methodologies.The fourth chapter,the study of block-domain spatial designed for complementary and mutual-feedback purposes discusses the mechanism,strategies and methods for the modern VEPs.Based on block domain-level space organic agglomeration,spatial organic penetration,spatial organic collaborative intensive mechanism,the reciprocal feed-forward strategy for block-domain spatial intensive design is proposed as follows: block domain mutual prom otion of joint construction of social services,block domain complementation of joint production and co-establishment,and integrated block development.Based on the heat map software and SPSS correlation analysis,this paper discusses how to improve spati al clustering degree,optimize spatial organization efficiency,improve space utilization economy,and adjust spatial quality design methods from the perspective of qualitative analysis and quantitative verification.The fifth chapter is about the research on cluster-level spatial superposition integration design-through the self-organization theory,based on the cluster space superposition,the cluster structure synthesis,the clustering function adaption intensive mechanism,it has put forward three points of design strategy: school sharing cluster co-occurrence patterns,light and heavy cluster mixed patterns,and capacity expansion.Through space syntax,research and empirical research methods,the three points cluster-level spatial superposition and integration design method helps to improve the degree of cluster-level spatial mixing,the coordination of spatial organization,and the space attraction.In order to maximize the space capacity and the psychological needs of users,it needs to ensure the quality of the space environment and in the meantime achieve the goal of spatial intensification.Chapter six is about the study of the interaction and development design the cellular level space: through the discussion of the cellular level spatial intens ive mechanism in the contemporary VEPs,that is,the strain and integration of the cellular space.It puts forwards four aspects of modules for the interactive expansion strategy of the cellular space,which are the life service space socialization,collaboration in teaching and training space,sharing of skills training space,and coupling of the space-level space system.According to the design strategy,combined with the new concept of action-oriented teaching model proposed by Germany,the kinematic and field-independent cellular level space can be deduced.This paper proposes three design methods to drive the kinematic cellular level spatial resilience,promote the field-independent cellular-level spatial integration,and enhance the social-cellular-level space dynamics.Based on the actual conditions of our country’s economy and society,this essay combines the practical difficulties and the urgent needs of VEPs,and researches the space of VEPs with intensified function.Through multi-disciplinary introduction and cross-cutting,it seeks to break through the design and theoretical results of the VEPs,and guides the design practice,so as to meet the development scale requirements of multi-levels and multi-types of vocational schools,decrease the cost of school running,and improve the education quality.What’s more important is that it helps to promote the sustainable development of the VEPs. |
