A Research On Theory And Practice Of Elevation Of Educational Level Of Manufacturing Specialties Of Higher Vocational Education

Manufacturing industry is the material foundation of the national economy and the main industry of industrialization. And the development of the manufacturing industry directly affects the development of national economic sectors, national economy and people’s livelihood. In recent years, with the rapid development of advanced science and technology, great changes in manufacturing industry have taken place in the industrial structure, the scale of production, and the mode of production: High-tech industries have become an important direction in terms of the development of manufacturing industry; manufacturing industry has produced on a larger scale; the traditional manufacturing industry with extensive, labor-intensive is gradually shifting technology-intensive industries. The vigorous development of the manufacturing industry has changed the demand for manufacturing professionals.Taking Hunan Province as an example, this paper selects some personnel and production staff as the interview objects from five private manufacturing enterprises, to understand the current manufacturing enterprises on the demand for manufacturing talents from the occupation post level changes, personnel quality requirements and other aspects; it takes five vocational manufacturing graduates as investigation objects, to understand the current development situation of higher vocational education in manufacturing majors from employment, professional level, professional knowledge, professional training and professional teachers and other aspects and so on.On the basis of education level on some related theories and some survey data, I put forward the following concrete ideas about how to improve the higher vocational education levels on Hunan manufacturing graduates : According to the current situation of professional talent demand situation of higher vocational education, manufacturing education level should be part of the professional level of ascension; personnel training should be located in advanced application technology talents; we should carry out undergraduate education of the higher vocational manufacturing major through the cooperation of schools and enterprises; and we can carry out higher vocational manufacturing professional graduate level education through the traditional advantages of professional upgraded forms.
