Research On The Informational Traceability System Of Building Material Quality Management

With the development of my country’s urbanization,the city’s high-rise buildings stand majestically,and various magnificent buildings have appeared in front of the public,which has also led to the rapid development of the building materials industry.The quality of building materials determines the issue of building safety.The quality of projects that are often presented in front of the media are frequently reported in the newspapers,causing the quality and safety of the building materials industry to receive widespread attention.Therefore,an effective building material quality traceability management system is established to build a complete building material production.The use of a full-chain supervision system is an important way to solve the problem of quality and safety of building materials.In this paper,the quality traceability management mechanism from the production and processing of raw materials to the use of the whole process is the research object.Based on the theory of supply chain management and industrial organization,an informatized and intelligent building material quality and safety control system architecture design and traceability system have been established;and According to the current situation and existing problems of my country’s building materials industry,a plan to promote the effective operation of the building materials traceability system is proposed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the research on the status quo of the application of information technology in related enterprises,the overall framework for safe production and operation of building materials and smart management and control was designed,and a comprehensive management and traceability system for building materials was established;the early data acquisition and the collection of data information in the process were considered in the design of the traceability system Functions such as storage and query and later retrospective services have solved the comprehensive retrospective management of building materials at six different levels,and improved the upgrade and transformation of Beijing’s building energy conservation and building materials management service platform and the expansion of system functions.(2)According to the provisions of the existing coding rules,combined with the characteristics and application requirements of the selected building materials products,create building materials quality tracking coding and retrospective process coding rules,realizing an effective connection between the enterprise and the government supervision department.(3)Construct a blockchain traceability system based on the characteristics of blockchain technology and the existing problems of product quality in the building materials industry.Each enterprise’s production,processing,and circulation links are independent nodes.All kinds of data and information are stored in the Beijing building materials management service platform and blockchain database through QR code technology.Users can query the required information in real time,and the supervisory department can also Efficient retrospective supervision.(4)Based on evaluation methods such as CREAM method and analytic hierarchy process,create an evaluation and analysis model of factors affecting quality and safety in the whole process of building materials traceability management,and apply gray system theory to establish building materials production and operation management risk prediction;identify the weakest in the whole process The links and factors that easily cause the risk of error provide a basis for reducing and avoiding the occurrence of risks.
