Due to the expansion of the city size and the adjustment of industrial structure under China's rapid economic development,the quantity of the old unoccupied industrial buildings is increasing.Meanwhile,with the increasing awareness of social ecological environmental protection,as well as various factors that people are looking for cultural and spiritual solace after meeting the demands for material life,a variety of regeneration projects for old industrial buildings become a beautiful landscape in the urban construction.Combined with the environmental background of energy crisis,environmental pollution and people's further requirements for health and comfort in building after improving living standards,the green renewal is the inevitable development trend.However,the existing evaluation standard for the green evaluation on old industrial buildings regeneration projects is still blank,which greatly restricted the development of the green renewal of the old industrial buildings,leading to a number of problems existing in the old industrial buildings regeneration projects,such as unreasonable transformation pattern,big energy consumption,high cost,poor comfort in use and so on,which are greatly inconsistent with the goal of building energy-saving and environment-friendly society.Thus,based on the existing green evaluation standard,through the study of a large number of relevant literature analysis,combined with the field study for 22 cities in our country of 106 regeneration projects,the paper establishes a set of standards to evaluate whether the regeneration project of old industrial building meets green standards.The main contents and results of the study include the following aspects:1.Systematical analysis on the investigation for regeneration projects of old industrial building.At present,our country market data lack effective sorting to regeneration projects of old industrial building,as well as adequate and complete information support when making decisions for other regeneration project of old industrial building,which restrains the referential development of similar projects.The paper systematically analyses and sorts the project information collected from investigation across the country,forming a basic information set of the regeneration project of old industrial building.Systematacially analysis the problems and strategy in the regeneration of old industrial buildings,the paper puts forward the concept of green regeneration of old industrial buildings and carry out the reasonable process for such projects.2.Seting up the evaluation index framework of GROIB based on SEM-extension.Quantitative screening the index by SEM on the information of current green building evaluation standard,the evaluation system of regeneration of old industrial building project,and highlight the key influence factors in the research.Combing with the analysis of characteristics of the life cycle stages of the old industrial buildings to divide the index,using the matter-element extension theory to establish a scientific and applicable GROIB evaluation index framework.3.Research of the green evaluation system of the regeneration of old industrial buildings.For establishing the relationship beteween indicators and evaluation level scientifically,the paper sorts out 135 set of samples by the nvestigation data and the appraisal of input/output samples given by experts.Using the peculiarity of BP neural networkto set up the GROIB evaluation model.Using the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm to repeated training of network,identify the evaluation grades quickly and effectively,complete the establishment of the GROIB evaluation model.4.The research and preparation on the GROIB intelligent decision support system.In order to carry on the green decisions and green evaluation of old industrial building,set up the basic information database of the regeneration of old industrial building in our country as well,based on GROIB evaluation model,the paper put forward the GROIB intelligent decision support system on the basis of.Net platform.System realize two core functions of demanding the basic information of regeneration of old industrial buildings and GROIB evaluation.At last,demonstrate the rationality and feasibility of the system through example demonstrates.Therefore,the paper constructs a complete set of green evaluation standard for regeneration project of old industrial buildings,provides a rational decision-making tools and a scientific judgment means for the green regeneration of old industrial buildings,and provides some support for optimizing regeneration result of old industrial buildings.
