Research On Indoor Thermal Environment In Regeneration Of The Old Industrial Buildings

Transform the old industrial buildings for colleges and universities teaching buildings,it is good to build a conservation-minded campus. This transformation not only to savemoney, also can well meet the requirements of college teaching building of the space,but after transforming how the construction of the indoor environment is also ainteresting part.This paper induces and summarizes the domestic and foreign theory about the indoorthermal comfort, clarified the indoor thermal environment of five kinds of assessmentindexes, introduces the features of the teaching building in university, to the teachingbuilding of Xi’an university of architecture and technology huaqing college as theresearch target, by adopting the combination of field test and the questionnaire surveymethod, analyses the indoor thermal environment of university teaching building ofregeneration of the old industrial building in the winter.Through a comparison between objective data of site testing and the subjectivesurvey about the results of the human thermal sensation, evaluation of the presentsituation of indoor thermal environment about college teaching building regenerated bythe old industrial building, and find out the existing problems of indoor thermalenvironment in the winter and formation reasons.Aim at the existing problems of indoor thermal environment of the teaching buildingrenovated by old industrial building in Xi’an region, five aspects improvement suggestions were put forward in this paper:1. From the aspects of exterior design,Should choose suitable for the old building exterior wall thermal insulation materialsand forms;2. From the aspects of roof design, Commonly used to improve roofinginsulation measures are put forward;3. From the aspects of Windows and doors design,Transformation of the old industrial building, should choose suitable for cold areas ratioof the window to wall, to reduce air infiltration, the choice of the heat transfercoefficient of the window should meet the requirements of cold area of thermalinsulation;4. From the aspects of climate buffer space design,the south open verandahshould closed into warm corridor, in order to improve the indoor temperature, Buildingentrance design should comply with the regional climate characteristics.Through the improvement of technology and measures of college teaching buildingindoor thermal environment for Xi’an area reconstruction, hope to provide somereference for the college teaching building indoor thermal environment reconstructionimprovement.
