The five-tier informatization architecture of iron and steel enterprises has gradually formed through nearly 30 years' development.However,the dissipation of information flow in multi-tier architecture has become increasingly prominent under the new situation of industrial 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing.It has become a new subject for iron and steel industry to flatten informatization architecture to coordinate the mass flow,the energy flow and the information flow,by using big data and CPS technologies.A flat informatization framework of big data and small application,information representation model and data organization method of mass flow and energy flow for the iron and steel production process are proposed in this paper.The representation model is verified by applications of production management and energy management respectively.(1)The characteristics of steel making process data are analyzed,and the dumbbell structure of big data is pointed out.In view of the drawbacks of current multilevel architecture,a flat information architecture of big data and small application is proposed.A unified data platform structure of database system with three kinds of data is designed.A soft gateway(DataX)with engine and driver is developed.A time series database software,with anomaly filtering,multiple archive types,efficient read-write engine,and cache optimization mechanism,is developed,which has improved the query speed by 50-60 times in cases of steel rolling process monitoring and energy management.(2)The information representation model of mass flow and energy flow is proposed.The mass flow network and energy flow network of iron and steel production process are analyzed to prove the representation ability of this model.The method of data organization and index calculation based on this model is given,and the logical organization problem of dumbbell large data is then solved.According to the problem of space-time matching,a description method of material space information is proposed,which refines the representation of space from node space to material space.(3)Combining with the production process of tool steel,the method of building production management system based on information representation model of mass flow is given.The implementation of key business such as production planning,production performance management,logistics tracking and total process quality management is explained.By using this model,with only four objects(process,node,material,transition)and a configurable form,the whole processes from steelmaking,forging,continuous rolling to finished products are informationized,with 43 query scenarios configured.(4)Combining with a large-scale iron and steel enterprise,the method of building energy management system based on information representation model of energy flow is given,which helps the steel plant to achieve a 7 kg reduction in energy consumption per ton and a 76-million-yuan reduction in energy cost in 2016.A prediction method of medium unbalance based on condition combination is proposed,and a multi-medium and multi-period energy optimal scheduling model is established.In a safe premise,the gas emission is eliminated,the gas distribution is optimized,the steam production is guaranteed,the power generation is increased by 1,038,000 kWh,so as to maximize the benefit.
