Since the industrial revolution,fossil energy depletion and the pollution of the environment have been plaguing mankind and energy saving and emission reduction is imperative.Since 2011,China had in succession opened carbon emissions trading pilots in seven provinces;since 2015,China had issued a number of accounting and reporting rules on greenhouse gas emissions of some industrial enterprises,and potency dimension and range had been expanded.The measures further regularize carbon trading market and have kept expanding.Although the mushroom industry is not within the scope of relevant enterprises designated by the state,but as a factory enterprise of rapid development,broad prospects and large energy consumption,energy saving and emission reduction should also be one of the important factors for the future planning of edible fungus enterprises.So,the article takes edible fungi industries as an object and studies the energy flow and the low carbon management in the process of the production of edible fungi to realize the quantitative analysis and Research on the energy consumption in each stage of the production process.Meanwhile,measure carbon emissions possibly involved in the production process.The main contents are listed as follow:(1)Based on the research of energy flow model and PN theory,Research how to establish an energy flow model for discrete,continuous and hybrid systems using hybrid PN and make it well reflect the material flow,energy flow,information flow and so on.Meanwhile,it is helpful to realize the analysis of energy flow in the production process of edible fungus factory by using hybrid PN.(2)Based on hybrid PN,establish energy flow model for the production process of Edible Fungi,and use MATLAB Simulink/Stateflow to achieve the simulation of the model.The simulation result can directly reflect the specific energy consumption data in each stage of the production process,promote the management finely of energy in the production process.At the same time,the model can also play a role in the prediction of energy saving in the actual production process.(3)Based on ZigBee protocol and PC system,design a wireless environment monitoring system.One side,the system can monitor the environment of the mushroom room all-weather,so provide better production management.On the other hand,it can realize the measurement of the CO2 of the respiratory activity and other life activities,improve the greenhouse gas emissions list of edible fungi Enterprises.(4)Referring to the general rules of greenhouse gas accounting and reporting of some promulgated industries,study and formulate?the accounting methods and guidelines for greenhouse gas emissions from industrial production enterprises of edible fungi?.Meanwhile,use MFC to develop and design a set of software which can automatically export Word document of greenhouse gas emission list with specific format for the edible fungi industry.It is help to promote enterprises to actively participate in the carbon emissions trading market and develop Healthily.
