With the wide application of CNC grinding machines in the manufacturing industry,the problem of high energy consumption and low energy efficiency of CNC grinding machine processing systems is very prominent.The machining process of CNC grinding machine is accompanied by energy conversion,utilization and recovery process.The functional components of the CNC grinding machine have different energy loss,and the interaction and influence of these losses make the energy consumption of CNC grinding machine more complicated.In this paper,the CNC grinding machine processing system is taken as the research object,and the energy information flow is used to analyze and predict the energy consumption of the CNC grinding machine processing system.(1)Energy information flow of CNC grinding machine processing system.Focusing on the difficulty of information sharing of information flow and energy flow,and the difficulty of information mining,analyzing and utilizing of much valid status informationthe,based on the analysis of the energy flow and information flow of CNC grinder processing system and their synergistic effect,the energy information flow of CNC grinder processing system is constructed in terms of the energy consumption.The mutual information method is used to select the information flow variables,and the MLFNN algorithm is used to fuse the data of energy flow and information flow.The data fusion framework of energy flow and information flow in CNC grinding machine processing system is established.And the Synergistic controlling mechanism of energy flow and information flow is analyzed and discussed.The synergetic controlling model of energy flow and information flow based on improved BP neural network is established by calculating the comprehensive coordination index of CNC grinding machine processing system.The algorithm is uesd to verify that the synergistic controlling of energy flow and information flow can minimize the energy consumption of the system.(2)Energy consumption analysis method of CNC grinding machine processing system.The energy flow process of CNC grinding machine processing system based on multi-energy sources is established.The available energy reduce by various losses in the process of energy flow.Considering the degradation process of energy,the energy exergy of energy conversion-utilization-recovery process is analyzed by using the method of exergy analysis,and the energy exergy equilibrium equation are established,then the energy consumption analysis method of CNC grinding machine processing system based on the energy exergy equilibrium equation is proposed.The energy consumption of each subsystem of CNC grinding machine processing system is analyzed by using this method,and the energy efficiency model of CNC grinding machine processing system is established.(3)Energy consumption prediction model of CNC grinding machine processing system.The power of NC grinder processing system in the basic starting state,standby operation state,no load operation state and grinding processing state are calculated by the energy consumption of each subsystem,then the power balance equation of CNC grinder processing system is established.Combining power balance equation and grinding energy consumption ratio,the energy consumption prediction model of CNC grinding machine processing system based on grinding energy consumption ratio is established.The energy consumption prediction model of CNC grinding machine processing system is solved by using neural network,which verifies the accuracy and validity of the energy consumption prediction model.(4)Development of energy consumption prediction system for CNC grinding machine based on the above-mentioned method and model.The system can monitor spindle speed,grinding wheel linear speed,feed speed,grinding force and other parameters of CNC grinder processing system.By setting different processing parameters,we can predict and analyze the grinding energy consumption ratio of CNC grinder processing system.The impact of feed speed,grinding depth and grinding wheel linear speed on the grinding energy consumption ratio is analyzed by experiments,and the accuracy of energy consumption prediction system of CNC grinder is further verified. |
