Multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) is mainly about to make the limited schemes with a number of attributes well selected or ordered. MADM, one of the major parts of contemporary decision-making science, has been successfully applied in many fields, such as:engineering designs. society, economy, management, military affairs and so on.This paper summaries the development and improvement of multiple attribute decision-making based on relevant literature materials. There are two links of multiple attribute decision-making, establishing indicator system and attribute weight. They are the foundation of MADM.Three classic MADM methods are studied in this paper.1. Summarizing development and models of data envelopment analysis (DEA). In this part C2R model is realized with MATLAB software as well as the C2GS2 mode. A modified DEA model allowing for a ranking of the efficient units is proposed and its validity is also tested here. 2. Studying on analytic hierarchy process (AHP). A new improving method of judgment matrix is proposed and the application of AHP in biding field is also discussed here.3. Applying fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making in the biding field. When index data is both subjective and objective data, a new integration of two methods—fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making based on DEA is put forward and proved right at the last.
