With the progress of Internet technology and the rapid development of open innovation, open source design has been developing rapidly as a new design mode.Because of the open nature of the open source community, users in the community can maximize their creative ability, and therefore design products with lower cost, higher quality and higher customer satisfaction than traditional design patterns. With the success of some open source communities, more and more communities are beginning to imitate the creation. The aggravation of external competition environment, the lagging and unreasonable internal mechanism as well as other reasons caused by the development of community result in users frequent or serious loss. The change of user structure has caused changes in the community network structure, and further affects the robustness of the community, making the development of community projects more risky. An open source community with outstanding achievement and stable service is conducive to knowledge creation and collaboration. However, any network may be disturbed or destroyed in operation, resulting in its performance degradation or even collapse. Therefore,it is of great practical value and academic value to study the robust change of open source community after being attacked, and to formulate specific defense measures and protection strategies for important resources, such as community users and knowledge.A large number of scholars have studied the structure, participants and operating modes of the open source community by the theory of complex network analysis, and have obtained many theoretical research results, but for the robustness of the open source community knowledge collaboration network, the research is very scarce. In view of the above problems, the main contents of this paper include:(1)Based on knowledge connection and dynamic perspective, this paper constructs a directed and weighted network model of knowledge collaboration for open source communities. The model takes the knowledge collaboration as the edge, the knowledge subject as the node, and adding the time factor, thereby obtaining the multi-dimension dynamic evolution characteristics of the knowledge collaboration network.(2)The user behavior in open source community is the key to designing the strategy of robust attack and the simulation analysis. From the dimension of time, this paper analyses the user behavior of the open source community based on a large number of empirical data, and obtains the distribution function and the edge preference function of participants' joining and leaving behavior with time.(3)When the network is attacked, the robustness index is the quantitative expression of the robustness of the network, and it is used to measure the risk resisting ability of the network when it faces failure or attack.Based on the characteristics of knowledge collaboration of the open source community, this paper sets up structural robustness index and functional robustness evaluation index from the perspectives of network structure and network knowledge dissemination. In terms of structural robustness, this paper use the relative size of the largest connected subgraph and network efficiency as the evaluation index, and with regards of the functional robustness, choosing the total knowledge volume and the speed of knowledge growth as the evaluation index.(4)Based on the knowledge collaboration network, user behavior model and robustness evaluation index, the dynamic robustness analysis framework of the knowledge collaboration network of the open source community is set up,and a variety of attacks are designed according to the real scene,to analyze the dynamic robustness of the open source knowledge collaboration network.
