The sharing economy has entered people's views in various fields such as eating and clothing.Tangible things can be shared,and the "sharing economy" formed by intangible resources such as human thinking and knowledge is also ready to be developed.Social network Q&A community is a platform with typical sharing characteristics.Users can satisfy their own knowledge needs and solve problems for others by asking and answering questions.Studying the knowledge sharing behavior of users,not only can provide constructive theory references and strategies for community operators,and also can be extended to the whole social knowledge resources,which can help to speed up the flow of knowledge,so as to create more social values.Therefore,this research takes the users' knowledge sharing behaviors in social network Q&A communities as the research object,and constructs knowledge sharing behavior theory model.Then it takes the users of ZHIHU as the research object,and collects relevant data to carry on the empirical analysis and hypothesis testing,then digs deeper into the influencing factors of user knowledge sharing behavior.Finally it puts forward some incentive suggestions to encourage the sharing behaviors in the Q&A communities.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and situation in the existing research.Then it expounds the meaning of social network Q&A communities and knowledge sharing,then it introduces the relevant theories in this paper.Secondly,based on social cognitive theory of environment-individual-behavior ternary interaction model,this paper puts forward nine key factors which influence the knowledge sharing behaviors in social network Q&A communities,namely,community interaction,the quality of information,mutual benefit,incentive plan,offline interaction,the common language,the common vision,self-efficacy and outcome expectations.Thirdly,through the octopus data collector,408376 data are obtained,which helps to make the questionnaire more targeted.Then the reliability analysis and path analysis of396 sample data are collected,and the hypothesis are tested.Finally,according to the research results,suggestions for promoting users' knowledge sharing are proposed in two dimensions.From the community level,this paper suggests toactively create the community atmosphere,strictly control the quality of Q&A information,establish and improve the reciprocal reward system,and actively carry out offline activities.From the aspect of user factors,this paper suggests that we should perfect the community question-answering mechanism to improve users' result expectations and arouse users' sharing interests to improve their self-efficacies,and the whole society should create a national learning atmosphere to encourage users' sharing behaviors.
