The report of social responsibility of pharmaceutical enterprises in China started relatively late.However under the background of promoting sustainable development in China,it has become a trend for enterprises to take the initiative to bear social responsibility.This study discusses the mechanism of the value of corporate social responsibility undertaken.In addition,it is also an attempt to answer whether the value of public corporate social responsibility depends on the motivation of the company to engage in corporate social responsibility activities,and to discuss how corporate social responsibility activities generate value through different stakeholders.By combing the literature of corporate social responsibility research,this paper expounded the concept of corporate social responsibility,evaluation criteria,evaluation indicators,the theoretical analysis of the value creation of corporate social responsibility,and the mechanism of the value creation of corporate social responsibility by stakeholders.Through the questionnaire survey,the empirical research obtained the data of the main research object of the pharmaceutical enterprise consumers and employees,and analyzed the data through the structural equation model to explore the relationship between corporate social responsibility,customer satisfaction,consumer response,employee organizational identification and employee innovation behavior,as well as corporate social responsibility.In addition to the most important consumer path,employee path,and other stakeholders,including shareholders,media,and local communities,there are also the mechanisms for the creation of value of corporate social responsibility.By reducing corporate financial risk by shareholders,it has a positive value in the media coverage of corporate social responsibility,and this effect is focused on news reports on local corporate social responsibility activities,which may produce practical benefits to the shareholders of the enterprise and are easier to obtain social operation permit through local communities.For the performance of social responsibility in medical enterprises,consumers paid more attention to their responsibility to the environment and the community.Corporate social responsibility had no direct impact on customer satisfaction,but it could indirectly affect customer satisfaction through corporate reputation and value perception path.The medical enterprise strengthens the social responsibility of the environment and the community,which would have a significant indirect effect on the customer satisfaction through the corporate reputation and the customer value perception path.If consumers attributed to the motivation,the social responsibility of pharmaceutical enterprises would have a significant positive impact on the corporate image.There was no significant relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate image when self attribution is attributable to egoism.The sincere fulfillment of social responsibility by pharmaceutical enterprises and the objective dissemination of corporate benevolence will help to improve the corporate image.The behavior of social responsibility of corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on the customer's corporate identity,and the customer's corporate identity had a positive impact on the customer response,and the behavior of the corporate social responsibility customer dimension had a positive effect on the customer response.To fulfill corporate social responsibility and to spread corporate philanthropy objectively,pharmaceutical enterprises would help improve customer loyalty and purchase intention,and create competitive advantages for enterprises.The impact of corporate social responsibility activities on employees showed that corporate performance of employees' social responsibility would have a positive impact on employees' job satisfaction and organizational identity,while fulfilling customer dimension social responsibility had no direct impact on employee organizational identification,but a slight negative impact on employees' job satisfaction.The enterprise should strengthen the behavior of performing the social responsibility of employee dimension,which would help to cultivate employee satisfaction and organizational identification,so as to improve the organizational performance and enterprise management level.From the perception and evaluation of corporate social responsibility in the employee dimension,the influence of corporate social responsibility on employees'innovation behavior was discussed.It was found that corporate social responsibility has a significant positive impact on the employee's innovation behavior,and the enterprise ability had a regulatory role on the relationship.Some of the positive effects are through employee organizational identification.There was no direct impact of corporate competence on employee innovation behavior.But it had a significant positive impact on employee organizational identification.In the organization with strong enterprise ability,corporate social responsibility had no direct impact on employee organizational identification.But corporate social responsibility was recognized by corporate social responsibility in the organization of low enterprise ability.The same had a significant positive impact;the enterprise should strengthen the behavior of social responsibility,which would help to promote the creative behavior of the employees,and thus improved the organizational performance and value creation.
