An Empirical Study On Correlation Of Corporate Social Responsibility And Corporate Value Evidence Of Chinese Mainland Listed Pharmaceutical Companies

Based on the theories of both Corporate Social Responsibilities(CSR) and Corporate Value, this thesis selects relevant measurable indicator system and proposes seven hypotheses, and then constructs four testing models and conducts the stepwise regression analysis of the correlation of Corporate Social Responsibilities(CSR) and Corporate Value with the samples of the year 2011~2013 data of 121 Pharmaceutical listing companies from two stock exchanges(Shanghai and Shenzhen) in Mainland China. The empirical analysis result reveals that there is no significant correlation between Corporate Social Responsibilities(CSR) and Corporate Value.
