The Research Of Pharmaceutical Corporate Social Responsibility Based On The Theory Of Stakeholder

Corporate social responsibility is a hot topic that has been studied since the 20th century by many subjects such as economics,management science and so on. With the deepening of economic globalization and people-oriented social values strengthened, The international community to corporate social responsibility has been requested from the call into a specific action, corporate social responsibility has become an irresistible trend of international, It is considerably practical and theoretical significance to conduct the study of corporate social responsibility.In this paper, the controversy over corporate social responsibility is a starting point that discussed by the theoretical circles at home and abroad, focus on three core issues that whether the enterprises should bear social responsibility, bear what social responsibility and how to bear it. Along the ideas such as"Why should Enterprise bear social responsibility, bear what kind of social responsibility and how to bear, the impact to the enterprises and how should China's pharmaceutical enterprises strengthen the building of corporate social responsibility", taking methods such as comprehensive analysis,comparative analysis,the integration of qualitative and quantitative analysis to make expositions, then making policy recommendations of China's pharmaceutical enterprises to strengthen the social responsibility construction.The full text can be divided into four parts:Chapter one: It is mainly about the background, goal and significance, research methods and scope limits, main innovations and deficiency.Chapter two: This part makes a summary on the proposition of social responsibility, the research literature, and the limits to the stakeholder theory and corporate social responsibility content, and also makes an elaboration of methods about social responsibility. Then make a brief commentary on this foundation.Chapter three and four: This part elaborates the present situation and measures taken about pharmaceutical corporate social responsibility. This article believes the questions such as medicine price empty high; the cost of pharmaceutical companies is high, the profit declines; the quality of drugs; environment pollution; pharmacy are all the prominent problems of the domestic pharmaceutical enterprises at present. In view of the above questions , forming overall thoughts about the domestic pharmaceutical enterprises, then forming the measures based on the stakeholder theory, including the government, the pharmaceutical industry organization, the pharmaceutical enterprises and the public and so on.
