There are obvious phenomena of knowledge exchange,labor migration andknowledge industry clustering along the high speed rail(HSR).This phenomenon is related to the differentiated development between regions.In the background of the large-scale operation of the high speed rail in China,the difference of the regional development along the high speed rail is gradually obvious.High speed rail and regional development studies have tended to emphasize the relationship between mechanism explain the various endogenous variables,including communication,spatial structure,industrial and economic effect and so on,but there is no discussion is made on the relationship between the fields,HSR for regional development impact mechanism in interpretation are still lacking,and influence the formulation and implementation of high speed rail policy.Because the HSR promotes the face-to-face communication between people,knowledge spillover has become the most critical research perspective.Knowledge spillover theory has gone through three stages:ignoring spatial factors,considering the distance to knowledge spillover,and emphasizing knowledge spillover,geographical proximity.From the static perspective,knowledge spillovers change from a static perspective to a dynamic perspective,such as mechanism,structural evolution,policy and governance.The distance and localization characteristics of knowledge spillovers originate from the impact of knowledge spillover on the degree of difficulty of regional communication,which reflects geographical proximity.That is,knowledge spillovers,which are contained in human capital,industrial agglomeration and diffusion,are more concentrated on the scope of traffic impact.With the emergence and development of long distance and multi node fast ground transportation represented by high speed railway,people interact more frequently,and the acceleration of industrial agglomeration and diffusion has affected the distance and proximity of knowledge spillovers,and has played an important role in regional development.This research enriches the perspective of high speed railway in regional development,the spatial structure of knowledge spillover is introduced in the distance and localization based on knowledge spillover theory an advance,could indicate the policy system of regional development in high speed railway as the representative of the convenient traffic system.Based on knowledge spillover,the role of regional development have a significant knowledge overflow distance constraints,and the theoretical basis of geographical proximity,the extension of the knowledge spillover to the study of space structure,based on the high-speed railway changes knowledge spillover,constructed the"knowledge spillover effect regional development to high speed railway changes knowledge spillover,high-speed rail impact regional development" of the analytical framework.First summarizes the spillover,and the difference of information and communication technology lies in the realization of the flow of labor.The mechanism of high speed railway affecting regional development includes media,structure and knowledge node.As a medium of knowledge spillovers,high-speed railway shortens travel time,promotes face-to-face communication and improves the proximity of tacit knowledge spillovers,which is a supplement to existing knowledge spillovers.In terms of structure,high-speed railway affects the differentiation of heterogeneous labor flow,the differentiation of industrial agglomeration and diffusion,and presents the inner gradient of knowledge spillover.In terms of knowledge nodes,high-speed railway expands the radiation range of the original knowledge nodes,produces siphon effect on headquarters economy,and promotes further division of labor among knowledge departments,creating new knowledge centers,and remodeling the spatial structure of knowledge spillovers.Third,the spatial structure of knowledge spillovers under the influence of high speed rail has undergone four stages:development,self selection,network and differentiation.Stage of channels,promote regional cooperation,enhance the overall regional output efficiency.The differentiation stage is the stage that the spatial structure of knowledge spillovers under the guidance of high-speed rail is gradually shaping.It not only promotes the upgrading and growth of knowledge nodes,but also exacerbates the process of knowledge imbalance spillover.Fourth,by introducing the time accessibility weight of travel choice,combined with SDM model,it is confirmed that the rule of knowledge spillover attenuation depends on the time distance of labor exchange when high-speed railway is affected.Further through the concentration of high skilled labor and the spatial autocorrelation model,the development stage of the spatial structure of knowledge spillover is demonstrated.In the region with significant results,the northeast is in the stage of development,and Jiangxi is in the stage of self selection.The East has entered the stage of network,and the whole is different.The Northeast should be through to the point",to adjust the industrial structure,improve the level of education as the main motive force of development.Jiangxi should pay more attention to the role of the link and link of the high speed rail and further cooperation and exchange with the surrounding regions.Network area should emphasize the impact of high-speed rail hub on urban development,and re-examine the agglomeration of urban industry.We should avoid the differentiation effect brought by different spatial structure of knowledge spillovers,and also emphasize the promotion role of high-speed rail hub to knowledge spillovers.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:first,the introduction of spatial structure of knowledge spillover is the theory innovation and regional development mechanism to reveal the traffic necessary and in urgent need to high-speed rail as the representative of the convenient traffic system,the spatial structure of knowledge spillover is
