Space Economy Contact,Geo Economic Relations And Economic And Trade Cooperation Between Northeast China And Russian Far East

"The Belt and Road" strategy brings new development opportunities for regional economic cooperation between Russia and Chinese.On the basis of political mutual trust between China and Russia,China and Russia should pay close attention to the implementation of the "Silk Road Economic Zone" and the "Eurasian Economic Union" in Russia,so as to further deepen the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.Northeast China and the Russian Far East are key areas in the regional economic cooperation between China and Russia,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the regional economic cooperation in the two regions from the perspective of the new spatial economy and puts forward the effective ways to promote the regional economic cooperation between the two regions.In this paper,based on the theory of regional economic integration,spatial economic theory,geo economic theory and boundary integration effect theory,provide a solid theoretical foundation for the study of regional economic cooperation between Northeast China and the Russian Far East.In this paper,using the 2008-2014 data with the Gravity model,analyzes the relationship between the Northeast China and the Russian Far East from the aspects of the intensity of the spatial economic ties,the main direction of economic relations and the economic location,summed up the spatial structure and location characteristics of economic ties between the two regions city group.Come to the conclusion that in a certain geographical location and close to the level of economic development under the conditions of space economic ties strength reflects the fundamental level of space economic ties and economic and trade cooperation,and transportation network is developed directly determines the intensity of spatial economic relationship.In this paper,the Euclidean distance method is used to analyze the data from 2008 to 2014 in the three provinces of Northeast China and the Russian Far East.At the same time,through the analysis of the actual situation of the two regions which belong to the complementary type,we can draw the conclusion that the degree of complementarity of the regional economy in the two regions directly affects the level of economic and trade cooperation between the two regions.At the same time,belonging to the type of strong competition in Northeast China and the Russian Far East,put forward to promote the development of complementary direction of structural adjustment suggestions:Liaoning province and Jilin province of China should be increased infrastructure and electricity,fuel oil and other industrial investment and trade cooperation to Sakhalin Oblast and the Republic of Sakha in the Russian Far East;strengthening science,health,education and tourism cooperation;should strengthen cooperation in technological innovation advantage of industrial.In this paper,matched the spatial economic linkage intensity,the main direction of spatial economic relations,the spatial economic location and the geo economic relations between the Northeast China and the Russian Far East respectively,then the degree of spatial economic ties between different regions will be refined.At the same time,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the economic and trade cooperation in different regions by using the matching results.It is considered that the mismatch between the spatial economic ties and the geo economic relationship is one of the reasons that restrict the development of the economic and trade cooperation between Northeast China and the Russian Far East.According to the regional economic and trade cooperation in the Russian Far East and Northeast China,and spatial economic ties and geo economic relations rationalization degree,put forward to promote the development of Sino Russian economic and trade cooperation mode and path of the two regions in the perspective of spatial economy.It is believed that the economic and trade cooperation in the two regions should be scientifically matched with the spatial economic relationship and the geo economic relations.The framework of this paper is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the background and significance of the research,the research status of domestic and foreign scholars,research ideas and methods,structural arrangements,innovation,etc..The second chapter describes the theory and model of regional economic integration and spatial economy.On the regional economic integration theory,spatial economic theory,geo economic theory,spatial interaction theory and boundary integration effect theory,border location theories,this paper has laid a theoretical foundation of studies for economic and trade cooperation in Northeast China and the Russian Far East.The third chapter by using the gravity model,spatial analysis of the degree of economic ties in Northeast China and the Russian Far East from strength,spatial economic ties in the main direction of economic contact,regional economic perspective;analysis of spatial structure and regional features of city economic ties between Russia and China in two groups,and the main factors to determine the degree of spatial economic contact.The fourth chapter from the perspective of regional economic relations,through the use of Euclidean distance formula classification of geo economic relations in Northeast China and the Russian Far East,the geo economic relationship is an important factor in regional economic cooperation quality and progress between China and Russia,and to provide reference for regional economic cooperation between China and russia.The fifth chapter will math the spatial economic contact intensity,spatial economic main contact direction and spatial location of economic with geo economic relationship in Northeast China and the Russian Far East respectively,and their matching results were summarized,analysis,to determine the reasonable mathing of space economic ties and geo economic relationship,than to find out the reasons of economic and trade cooperation between the bad matching ideas of China and Russia,and puts forward the solution.The sixth chapter is based on the in-depth analysis of the spatial economic ties,spatial economic location and geo economic relations between Northeast China and the Russian Far East,on the basis of economic and trade cooperation in trade,transportation,energy,science and technology innovation,agriculture and finance and other fields of Northeast China and the Russian Far East,and puts forword development path and development mode between China and Russia regional economic cooperation from the perspective of spatial economy.The seventh chapter is the conclusion of the thesis.The innovation of this paper is reflected in the following three aspects:First,combination of the spatial economic theory and regional economic cooperation,especially the use of space economic ties and geo economic relations to the analysis of the Northeast Chinese and Russian Far East Regional Economic and trade cooperation,is a kind of new perspective.The previous research on the Northeast China and Russian Far East Regional Economic and trade cooperation,more is the use of traditional economics theory is analyzed from the angle of economic benefits,the regional economic and trade cooperation in two areas to a comprehensive analysis of the status quo and problems.From the perspective of spatial economic relations and geo economic relations,this paper complements this problem.Second,matching of the space economic ties main direction and space of regional economic and geo economic relationship in Northeast Chinese and the Russian Far East respectively,and matching the results again,then analysis,not only can reveal the status of economic and trade cooperation in two areas,but also makes the results more accurate.Third,through the explanation of the Fan Development model,the paper puts forward the development path of deepening the regional economic and trade cooperation between Northeast China and the Russian Far East.
