Evaluation Of Territorial Utilization Quality Based On The Aspect Of Production-Living-Ecological Space

The land space is the place for human survival and development.Not only to meet that demand of population growth and people 's live improvement,but also the demand of the land space such as economic growth and infrastructure construction.But environmental is polluted and the production-living-ecological space is misalignment along with the rapid development of society and the economic.Based on these questions,this paper evaluates the quality of territorial utilization based on the exploration of the connotation of land use theory.Through the research,provide ideas and reference for the research on territorial utilization quality,promote utilization adjustment of production-living-ecological space,providing theoretical basis and technical support for territorial sustainable utilization.At the moment,there is no accepted definition of the quality of territorial utilization.A definition of the quality of territorial utilization based on the production-living-ecological space perspective is proposed by sorting and summarizing the results of the research and the basic theory in this paper.Under a certain ecological environment,human production activities and life behavior of land space utilization can satisfy the need of the current human and potential characteristics of the human ability of sustainable development needs.The evaluation results are divided into three levels: high quality,medium quality,and low quality.Combining the natural and geographical conditions of Guigang City and the status of territorial utilization,analyzed the quality of the production-living-ecological space utilization.Finally,comprehensively analyzed the territorial space utilization quality and then proposed a solution to improve the quality of territorial utilization.The conclusion is mainly four points below:(1)The quality of territorial utilization in Guigang City is constrained by production,living,and ecological space,and there are antagonistic,synergistic and inter-compatibility between production space,living space,and ecological space.Therefore,the quality of territorial utilization in Guigang City is not only affected by physical geography and social policy factors,but also affected by the interaction of the three habitats,resulting in the declining trend of the quality of territorial utilization from political and economic centers to the surrounding proliferation.(2)High-quality district of territorial utilization in Guigang City is distribute political and economic center.The main reasons are the superior location conditions,the government's macro-control and good natural conditions.The secondary reason is that the territorial utilization resources for the production-living-ecological space functions is complete,and the proportion of production-living-ecological space utilization is coordinated,which exerts synergy and promotes the quality of each other.(3)There is a problem of unbalanced utilization of production-living-ecological space resources in the medium quality areas and low quality areas in Guigang City.41 townships such as Qingfeng Town,Mengxu Town,and Xishan Town of Guigang City are used as medium-quality space for territorial utilization,and are basically distributed in plain areas.Good natural conditions are an important support for the quality of its use.29 townships,such as Dapo Town,Dazhou Town,and Simian Town,Guigang City,use the low-quality areas for territorial utilization and concentrate the mountains surrounding Guigang City.Poor geographical conditions are one of the factors constraining the quality of its land use.However,the development of a certain space in the medium-quality and low-quality areas have led to imbalances in the utilization of the production-living-ecological space,which have begun to produce antagonism and has constrained the quality of territorial utilization.(4)In order to solve the problems of improper territorial utilization,extensive use of land structures,unbalanced use of space for the use of tertiary resources,and other issues,the countermeasures for improving the quality of land and space use in Guigang City are proposed: the need for urban and rural land use is adjusted,adjustment of land use space and industrial structure,and intensive conservation use and rural settlements and agricultural land finishing.Through the study of territorial utilization quality,in order to improve the territorial utilization quality,so as to promote the coordinated development of the production-living-ecological space,so that the production space is intensive and efficient,the living space is comfortable and livable,and the ecological space is beautiful and harmonious.
