Shipbuilding industry is a modern comprehensive heavy industry,as well as a typical capital,technology and labor intensive industry,that provide equipment for water transport,ocean development and national defense construction,which plays a significant role in the national economic structure.Since the beginning of the new century,the development of China's shipbuilding industry is rapidly and the achievement attracts worldwide attention either on industry scale or comprehensive strength.China has become one of the world's leading shipbuilding powers.However,China's shipbuilding industry is widely implemented but not competitively strong,still has some limitations compare with top shipbuilding nations such as innovation of core competence,international normalization and peculiarity,high technology ship,corollary equipment,deep-sea engineering equipment,etc.In the aspect of technological innovation,there are crucial issues such as innovationresources and power dispersion,closure and lack of integration.What's more,it is facing the most severe challenges since the financial crisis.Nevertheless,the implementation of national maritime power and manufacturing powerstrategies puts forward more urgent requirements for China's shipbuilding industry enlarging and strengthening.Collaborative innovation as a new trend and new paradigm in scientific and technological innovation activities in the world today also is a main mode of technological innovationfor a long period in the future.It has been a valid way to integrate innovation resources and improve innovation ability and efficiency.By exploring how to construct a scientific and effective shipping industry collaborative innovation platform,trying to form a mutually beneficial and win-win community of interests among shipbuilding enterprises,industry institutes,shipping related universities,government and intermediary organizations,which has important theoretical and realistic significance for fully playing the collaborative effect of the innovation main body,improving the technological innovation level of shipbuilding industry,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of shipbuilding industry and structural adjustment.Based on this,the theories of collaborative innovation,innovation platform,knowledge management are adopted in this paper,then the shipbuilding industry collaborative innovation platform is deeply studied from the following several aspects:To begin with,the present situation of China Shipbuilding Industry and its theoretical basis for collaborative innovation platform is analyzed.First of all,the paper analyzes the current development situation and technological innovation status of China shipbuilding industry,and points out the mode,characteristics and the existing problems of our country shipbuilding industry technologyinnovation.Next,the concept of collaborative innovation is defined,the relationship between the collaborative innovation and cooperative innovation is analyzed and the connotation,categories,characteristics and functions of collaborative innovation platform are expounded.Then,the concept,main body and characteristics of China's shipbuilding industry collaborative innovation platform are explained,the system structure and network attributes of the platform are analyzed.Last,this paper dissects the motive of platform innovation collaboration from three aspects: the requirements of the development of technological innovation,the needs of the reform and development of shipbuilding industry,and the advantages of collaborative innovation,and explains the mechanism of platform collaborative innovation from strategic collaboration,organizational collaboration,and knowledge collaboration these three aspects.Secondary,the construction and platform operation China's shipbuilding industry collaborative innovation platform are researched and analyzed.Firstly,the target,principle and approach of platform construction are expounded,the macro layout of the platform and the choice of the innovation subject are discussed.Besides,game analysis is carried out on the concurrence of platform subjects and analyzes he platform structure,organization structure and organization leader.Moreover,the operation process of the platform is divided into five stages,and explains the platform operation and management mechanism from the distribution of interests,trust,personnel management,resource sharing,personnel training five aspects.Ultimately,From the four aspects of knowledge acquisition,absorption,sharing and creation,the core process of the platform operation – knowledge growth process is deeply analyzed,and the mechanism of platform innovation is revealed.In the next place,the operational performance evaluation system of China's shipbuilding industry collaborative innovation platform is constructed,and the empirical evaluation is carried out.The comprehensive analysis is conducted,including the contents of operational performance evaluation system,influential factors,evaluation intention,principle of index selection.On this basis,the evaluation system is established with output of collaborative innovation platform,resource collection of platform,management of operation performance,operation environment of platform.Meanwhile,the reliability test and validity analysis is also conducted..Secondly,cloud computing method is used to evaluate the performance of the platform.The operational performance of the typical shipbuilding industry collaborative innovation platform,deep sea engineering and high technology shipcooperative and innovation Center,is evaluated empirically and deeply.Last but not least,based on the full text of the theoretical research results and empirical evaluation results,combine with the present situation of “deep sea engineering and high technology shipcooperative and innovation Center”,in terms of perfect the external environment of shipping industry collaborative innovation platform,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward like continue to deepen the reform of the management system for science and technology,strengthen policy guidance and support,perfecting laws and regulations system optimization platform of investment and financing environment,increase scientific and technological strength construction.In the aspect of enhancing the innovative ability of shipbuilding industry collaborative innovation platform,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward like innovate the system and mechanism,strengthen international and domestic exchanges and cooperation,strengthen the construction of qualified personnel,build a platform for collaborative innovation culture,and raise the level of information technology on the platform,to promote the sustainable development of platform.
