| As a national high-tech enterprise,the comparison of the data on innovation resource input and innovation performance from 2016 to 2020 shows that the innovation performance of the company has not increased significantly with the increase in innovation resources.Considering that the synergy of the internal innovation elements and the synergy between the company and external innovation entities will also have a significant impact on the technological innovation of the company,this article proposes countermeasures for the company to improve its innovation performance from the perspective of synergy.This paper uses questionnaires to collect data on the current situation of the internal and external collaborative innovation of S company.Statistics show that the internal collaborative innovation problems are concentrated in three aspects: technology and company strategy,technology and corporate culture,and technology and market;the external collaborative innovation problems include insufficient market information sharing,insufficient technical knowledge co-construction,and insufficient external financial support.After analysis,the causes of internal problems include: the company failed to form a cross-functional expert team to participate in strategy formulation,failed to form a cross-functional project team to participate in product development,and failed to conduct new technologies and new products for company employees,especially non-technical personnel.Training;the reasons for external problems include:insufficient collaboration between the company and universities,scientific research institutes,insufficient collaboration between the company and user companies,suppliers and competitors,and insufficient channels for the company to obtain R&D funds.The improvement countermeasures given in this research include: forming a cross-functional expert team to participate in strategy formulation,forming a cross-functional project team to participate in product development,strengthening employee interaction with technological innovation,enhancing the industry-university-research cooperation capabilities,and strengthening the industry alliance collaboration construction,Broaden the channels for obtaining funds for innovation.Since then,this paper puts forward four safeguard measures including cultivating the collaborative value orientation,improving the collaborative system construction,enhancing the collaborative management capabilities,and increasing the use of the external innovation environment. |
