Offshore engineering equipment is a generic term of large-scale engineering equipment and its assistive equipment which is used to develop marine oil and gas recourses.Offshore engineering equipment industry enjoys its promising market outlook and great development potential,meanwhile,it has latent crisis.Project management model is the major mode that adopted by Chinese offshore engineering equipment manufactures.For an enterprise,one project decision-making misplay in the management process will delay the whole project.Hence,it is vital for manufactures to make decisions scientifically.The research on project decision-making system and operation performance evaluation in offshore engineering equipment manufacturers in China is able to ensure that the Chinese offshore engineering equipment manufacturers' decision-making is scientific and verify whether the present project decision-making system has practical significance.The specific research in this paper is as follows:The first elaborate the status of offshore engineering equipment manufacturers's decision-making in China.Explain the conception,classification and feature of offshore engineering equipment.Analyze the present situation of Chinese offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry.Introduce the present siruation of offshore engineering equipment manufacturers's decision-making as well as the problems and causes analysis.Analyze the components of the project decision-making system in offshore engineering equipment manufacturers in China.Elaborate the concept of this system.Analyze the components and their relations by interpretative structural modeling.At last,analyze the decision-making program.Build the structure of the project decision-making system in offshore engineering equipment manufacturers in China and analyze the composition principal,logical system and support system of it.Analyze the structure of the five subsystems:decision-making,decision-supporting,decision-executing,decision-supervising and decision-evaluating.Then,build Chinese project decision-making system in offshore engineering equipment manufacturers based on the components and subsystems.The second build the evaluation model of the project decision-making system and operation performance evaluation in offshore engineering equipment manufacturers in China.Explain the conception of evaluation model and build the evaluation index system of it.Propose a comprehensive evaluation method:ANP-FCE-DEMATEL,and an evaluation model:ANP-FCE-DEMATEL.Make an empirical analysis of the project decision-making system in offshore engineering equipment manufacturers in China by field research.Choose and introduce several representative manufacturers.Modeling and evaluating the actual data of the enterprise's project decision-making system and operation performance,and then analyze the result.The third propose the safeguard measure for the project decision-making system in offshore engineering equipment manufacturers in China from four perspectives:project schedule,quality,risk and external environment.Propose measures which can ensure the trouble-free operation of the project decision-making system in offshore engineering equipment manufacturers in China and make sure the efficiency of it.
