Study On Interests Distribution Strategy And Method In Enterprises-Universities-Researches Cooperation

Enterprises-Universities-Researches Cooperation (EURC) closely unites enterprises, universities and research institutes. EURC promotes the Industrializ-ation course of scientific research and accelerates the renovation of production. EURC plays a more and more important role in economic development in our country. But many EURCs are unsuccessful because of unreasonable interests distribution. EURC interests distribution is about the distributing methods and the coordinating relation of interests distribution for each member in EURC. Most domestic papers'research about EURC interests distribution is the simple commentary of distributing methods. To ensure the scientific and reasonable interests distribution and to accelerate EURC's sustainable and steady development, it is very important to study interests distribution systemically and comprehensively and to analyze the cooperating relation in interests distributing process.Based on tracking and investigating the current situation of EURC and interests distribution at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and compares interests distribution of EURC at home and abroad and systemically studies the content of EURC interests and its distribution by using theories and methods of systemic analysis and comparative study. According to the practical case, this paper analyzes the methods of payment and the proportion of interests distribution and the technical contract, and then emphasizes the function of government in interests distribution of EURC. After studying the methods of interests-distribution that are fit to EURC, this paper studies the cooperation of Nanchang people electric factory and Beijing electric research institute.
