The Layout Evaluation And Optimization Research Of Beijing Leisure Agriculture

Leisure agriculture is a new form of agricultural production and management,which is formed by the intersection of agriculture and tourism.It originats in the suburbs of developed countries from 1830 s,and has been rising in China since 1980 s.With the continuous development of leisure agriculture,government departments have issued a series of policies and regulations to guide and support leisure agriculture.As the regional carrier of leisure agriculture,leisure agriculture park is one of the entry point of researching leisure agriculture.The layout of leisure agricultural park is constrained and influenced by resource endowment.At present,the distribution of leisure agriculture park in Beijing is not balanced.The layout of it is scattered,and it doesn't form a scale.The degree of agglomeration is low.So far academic research on the layout of leisure agricultural park is less,quantitative analysis is also a handful.In this context,this paper systematically reviews the domestic and international leisure agriculture literature and theory.It builds a perspective of geography,land management and agriculture regional development,and uses spatial analysis functions of geographical information system.It combines spatial analysis model to analyze the spatial structure characteristics of Beijing leisure agricultural park,and reveals the spatial distribution rule.By building the evaluation index system,it is stacked by weighting with non-dimensional spatial data.It Judges suitability degree by superposition value,according to that it can also make expectation on future layout for leisure agriculture parks in Beijing.From the perspective of tourists demand combined with suitability evaluation results,the paper builds a modified gravity model,which is introduced into the leisure agriculture parks layout optimization.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions of layout optimization are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:Fist,from the spatial distribution characteristics,the degree of leisure agriculture parks in Beijing has reached agglomeration.Changping,Shunyi,Haidian and Tongzhou are density area with high agglomeration level.Leisure park attenuation regularity of distribution with distance is increasing first and then decreasing.Traffic accessibility distribution is basically according to the distribution of circle structure.Second,use suitability evaluation model,the paper establishes evaluation index system of ten evaluation factors also five evaluation aspects,which are location condition,agriculture basic condition,social economy foundation,natural condition and tourism foundation.According to the results,extremely suitable areas mainly distribute in the belt around the city,highly appropriate areas mainly distribute in the north axes and south axes of Beijing,moderate suitable areas mainly distribute in nine large satellite radiation areas,boundary suitable areas mainly distribute five districts,not appropriate areas are mainly in five block regions.Third,the paper uses modified gravity model to adjust the spots of inappropriate level.The optimization results show that Beijing leisure agricultural park layout has been significantly improved.With the gravity model in layout suitable evaluation,the distance factor is a decisive factor,it is difficult to improve the layout suitability range across the great circle.
