Leisure agriculture is a new sunrise industry that is combined with modern agriculture and tourism and its development originated from the social and economic development and the improvement of city development level. With the increasingly improvement of universal promotion of national income and improvement of people’s living standard, city residents’aspiration to recover one’s original simplicity will increasingly enhance. At the same time, leisure agriculture arise at the historic moment. At the international background of the leisure tourism, leisure agriculture has become a new field of domestic and international leisure industry and new trends and gradually become the focus of attention of consumers of the industry. It has a good location advantages of Shaanxi province and its rich tourist resources is attracting many tourists at home and abroad, which provides everfount potential consumer groups for the development of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi Province. Leisure agriculture has broad prospects for the development in Shaanxi Province. Therefore, complying with he global trend of the development of leisure agriculture, it is imperative to research deeply and promote the development of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi Province.This paper starts from the present situation of leisure agricultural development at home and abroad to understand the definition of leisure agriculture and explore the theory of leisure agriculture development and analysis of the development of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi Province. Study on leisure agriculture spatial layout through the relevant data analysis and discuss the influence factors and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in Shaanxi Province. It was in order to provide the reference for the development of leisure agriculture development in Shaanxi province and even in china.This paper makes research on the development of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi Province and the main conclusions are as follows.(1)The concept of leisure agricultureThe concept of leisure agriculture has been in constant development and improvement. Based on previous research that analysis, the paper think that leisure agriculture is a new industry combining agriculture and Tourism and based on agricultural resources and rural ecological environment, combined with the operating facilities of agricultural production in agriculture, excavate mining traditional culture and folk culture, supply agricultural products of the original ecology of tourists, build farming experience activities the platform, enhance visitors’ understanding of the rural culture and relax visitors’ body and mind, achieve the purpose of leisure and realizate win-win goal of tourists pleasant peasant economic income. In addition, the leisure agriculture has dual characteristics with agriculture and tourism and seasonality and regional obviously and good sustainable development and spacious tourist markets and comprehensive benefits.(2)The distribution characteristics of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi ProvinceFourteen from one hundred excellent leisure agriculture is selected in city average distance of30kilometre between40kilometre in Shaanxi Province and there is fifty excellent leisure agriculture within forty km and ninety within one hundred kilometre, which occupied90%of the total quality of leisure agriculture. This study further proves that the recreational belt around Metropolis (ReBAM) theory. From the general point of view, leisure agriculture is spreaded various regions in Shaanxi province, but the overall development trend is that Guanzhong area is the core zone and the South and North Shaanxi area are two wings. From the actual development situation, the development of leisure agriculture in Southern Shaanxi develop faster than in northern shaanxi.(3) The discrete degree of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi ProvinceLeisure Agriculture in Yanan city and Yulin City belong to the region of Northern Shaanxi has small fluctuations around the city because of natural conditions and regional conditions. the development is slow and the quantity is less and restrictive factors are many and relying on resources is limited. Weinan city in Guanzhong hinterland is less volatility because of good foundation of agriculture and balanced development leisure agriculture. Xi’an city is the core of economy and culture in Shaanxi Province, which has developed economy and convenient traffic and lager attraction. The city of Ankang is located in the southernmost tip of Shaanxi Province which is influenced by the development of leisure agriculture is the North-South conditions. In addition, spatial dispersion index and radiation by Xi’an of Xianyang city is the biggest and there are more complex factors affecting the development of leisure agriculture.(4) The distribution of cluster of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi ProvinceFrom the overall analysis, the near agglomeration effect of city of leisure agriculture in Guanzhong area is obvious and the far agglomeration effect of city of leisure agriculture in Northern Shaanxi is obvious and both aspects of near agglomeration effect and far agglomeration effect is obvious in southern Shaanxi. It is that leisure agriculture is eradiated and influenced greatly by city in Guanzhong area and is influenced greatly by other the factors in Northern Shaanxi and South Shaanxi area.(5) The influencing factor of the development of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi ProvinceMany factors affect the development of leisure agriculture, the paper established comprehensive index system of influence factors of leisure agriculture for combining with5two-level index and24three-level indexes based on the overall principle, leading principle, comprehensive principle and the obtaining easily principle and combining with the research of the spatial distribution of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi province. The principal component analysis shows that the largest influence of leisure agriculture is the agricultural foundation and geographic conditions and the second is the economic basis and the basis of tourism and the third is culture base.(6) Countermeasures and suggestions of leisure agriculture development in Shaanxi ProvinceThis paper put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of leisure agriculture development in Shaanxi Province based on the basis of the above analysis and the experience of good development leisure agriculture at home and abroad and the actual advantage. The concrete measure is from the following aspects. The macroeconomic control needs clear objectives of development and finishing mentality; scientific planning and reasonable layout; government guidance and making policy; promoting the weak and highlighting the drive; improving the understanding and perfecting management; Suiting one’s measures to local conditions and deepping excavation and highlighting the characteristics; improving infrastructure and the quality of service; increasing the propaganda and attracting tourists.The concrete paradigms is from the following aspects.
