Research On Coupling Coordination Mechanism Of Industrial Cluster Innovation And New-type Of Urbanization And Its Spatial Effect

With the continuous development of China’s economy,the main driving force has been transformed from a single industrial economy to the urban economy and industrial economy.The sustainable growth of high quality of industrial economy is based on the technological innovation of the industry,and the rapid growth of urban economy is realized by the process of urbanization.Then,the innovation of industrial cluster and urbanization of the project is to promote the sustainable economic development and the hot issues of deepening reform,taking a new road of urbanization innovation driven development has become the strategic choice of our.So,what kind of distribution characteristics of industrial cluster innovation and new urbanization coupling coordination in space?What is the formation mechanism of coupling coordination?And what kind of spatial effect?These questions have not been answered well,and it is difficult to answer in the framework of the existing interaction mechanism.The theory of coupling coordination breaks through the previous research paradigm of one-way connection mechanism,and pays more attention to the internal relations among the subjects.This paper will be based on the industry cluster innovation and new urbanization coordination as the research object,follow the thinking way of "phenomenon,mechanism,effect,in the field of regional economy,in-depth research on industrial clusters innovation and new urbanization coordination phenomenon.Based on the review of related research on the characteristics of practical investigation based on industrial cluster innovation and new urbanization coordination;secondly,on this basis,to explore the formation mechanism of the coordination of industrial cluster innovation and new urbanization coupling,and based on the relevant statistical data of the national level of the city,the hypothesis test of the influence factors and formation mechanism;then discusses the spatial coupling effect of coordination of industrial cluster innovation and new towns,respectively,from two dimensions between the inner city and intercity to explore the spatial structure and spatial effects produced by the radiation effect;finally,put forward some coordination space layout optimization of industrial cluster innovation and new urban policy recommendations.The results show that:(1)the coupling coordination between industrial cluster innovation and new urbanization has significant spatial agglomeration characteristics,and regional heterogeneity is obvious.(2)industrial factors,social factors and spatial factors jointly influence the coupling coordination level of industrial cluster innovation and new urbanization,and the effect of industrial linkage and government regulation is obviously better.(3)the coupling coordination between industrial cluster innovation and new urbanization plays an important role in the internal structure of urban space through the reorganization of innovation elements and the adjustment of location choice.(4)the innovation of industrial cluster and new urbanization spatial correlation coupling coordination,close coupling coordination level city cluster characteristics and spatial diffusion effect formed in a certain space range.On the basis of research results,the policy implications are as follows:(1)the government quality city planning for driving,strengthen innovation and cultivate innovation network,expand the space effect of innovation cluster and urbanization quality.(2)take the industrial base as the core,attach importance to the innovation attributes and spatial attributes of the industrial cluster and the new urbanization,and build a perfect innovation space.(3)in response to the industrial cluster innovation and new urbanization coupling coordination in the inter city space interaction,the use of the central city’s spatial diffusion,the formation of urban agglomerations as the carrier of innovation pattern of development.(4)using the Internet technology as the driving force to build an innovative cluster platform,optimizing the spatial distribution pattern of innovation factors and urban factors.Overall,compared with the previous study,this paper in the following three aspects:(1)the further improvement of the coupling coordination analysis in regional space near the neglect phenomenon,the use of space mechanism theory,analysis of the coordination level and characteristics of industry cluster innovation and new towns,pay attention to regional differences,to provide study on new ideas for the innovation of industrial cluster;(2)the establishment of industrial cluster innovation and new urbanization coordination theory framework,analyzes the formation mechanism for the coordination of industrial cluster innovation and new urbanization coupling,enrich the related theoretical research;(3)the spatial attribute attaches great importance to the industry cluster innovation and new urbanization coordination the innovation of industrial cluster are discussed,and new urbanization coordination effect of spatial structure in the city and intercity inside Space radiation effect,which makes up for the lack of attention to the spatial dimension in the previous research.
