model in the twenty-first century.The prosperity of the platform economy has given birth to a batch of network economic platform.These network economic platfonn achieve self-upgrading by competing with each other,and promote the ever-changing society by cooperating with each other.In this process,the form of some platforms gradually evolved from a single platform into a multi-platform symbiosis ecosystem,and the organization of some platforms evolved from an internal organization into a platform-led network organization,becoming a platform leader with a personalized character.driven by "public entrepreneurship innovation" strategy,these network economic platform leadership highlight the characteristics of entrepreneurial innovation,make bilateral market users collaborate with market users,and implement the entrepreneurial behavior.Based on the reality of the background,more and more social subjects,including the "grassroots" with the scarcity of entrepreneurial resources begin to choose collaborative entrepreneurship with platform leadership.Many of them "unarmed",but has become a "the first generation of entrepreneurship " in the network platform entrepreneurship.Although the entrepreneurs are like to do so,but not everyone gets what he/she wants.The fate of entrepreneurs are very different.Some can earn a lot,some are at a loss,and this gap in recent years becomes more obvious.What kind of reasons will lead to huge differences in entrepreneurial performance?What are the factors that affect the entrepreneurial performance based on the network entrepreneurial platform?What are the patterns of User collaboration entrepreneurial behavior?This is an important research topic that is currently in front of us.Based on the CCBP theoretical model of "capacity-contingency(regulation)-behavior-performance",this study takes the e-commerce platform as an empirical study,and focuses on the research on the relationship between entrepreneurial competence,behavior and performance under the influence of the characteristics of network entrepreneurial platform,to carries out a series of related research.These studies mainly explore the following four questions in turn:What are the characteristics of the network entrepreneurial platfonn leadership?What is the relationship between the entrepreneurial ability,behavior and performance?Are there any regulatory effects of the network entrepreneurial platform leadership?What are the mechanisms and patterns of user collaboration entrepreneurial behavior based on the network entrepreneurial platform leadership?In-depth studies of this paper come to the conclusion that:Firstly,through the research method of Grounded Theory,the four-dimensional characteristics and measurement scale of the network entrepreneurial platform are explored and constructed,including the characteristics of power,the characteristics of resources,the characteristics of open innovation and the driving force characteristics of sustainable development.Power characteristics which involves the rules of design,supervision and other specific observation characteristics,as a first-level characteristic of platform leadership,plays a central role,.Resource characteristics is the second-level feature of platfonn leadership which includes user resources,technical resources,information resources and brand resources explicit features.Open innovation features is the second-level feature of platform leadership,which includes three observable features as openness,resource innovation,and sharing.As the dimension of the future development potential of the evaluation platform,the dynamic characteristics of sustainable development include three explicit features as interaction,platform commercial value and innovation mechanism.Secondly,it constructs and validates the influence relation model of"network platform user entrepreneurial ability-entrepreneurial behavior-entrepreneurial performance".Through the multi-agent empirical study of Yiwu,Hangzhou,Guangzhou,Shandong and Jiangsu regions,the paper confirms that the user entrepreneurial opportunity,management ability,technical ability and sustainable ability have positive influence on entrepreneurial performance;Entrepreneurship opportunities,managerial competencies,technical capacity and sustainability will have a positive effect on Entrepreneurship.preparation behavior,entrepreneurial execution behavior;Entrepreneurship preparation behavior,entrepreneurial execution behavior will also have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial performance.In addition,as a mediator variable,entrepreneurial preparation behavior also has a positive effect on entrepreneurial execution.Thirdly,the network platform user entrepreneurial behavior(entrepreneurial preparation behavior,entrepreneurial execution behavior)plays an intermediary role in the user's entrepreneurial role in the process of entrepreneurial performance.The Bootstrapping method is used to analyze the mediating effect of entrepreneurial behavior.The results confirm that there are two aspects of mediating effect.First,the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial preparation behavior:It plays an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity,management,technical capacity,sustainable development and entrepreneurial execution,also plays an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity,management,technical capacity,sustainable development and entrepreneurial performance.Second,the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial execution behavior:It plays an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity ability,management ability,technical ability,sustainable development ability and entrepreneurial performance,but the mediator effect value is lower than the intermediary utility value of the entrepreneurial preparation behavior.Fourthly,the characteristics of the network entrepreneurial platform leadership play the adjustment role partially in the relationship between the entrepreneurial ability and the entrepreneurial behavior of the network platform.We confirmed the partial regulatory effect by class regression analysis.First,in the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity ability,entrepreneurial sustainability and entrepreneurial preparation behavior,the power characteristics play a regulatory effect.At the same time,it will also play a regulatory role in the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity,entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial execution.Second,the resource characteristics will play a regulatory role in the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunities,entrepreneurial technical capacity,entrepreneurial sustainability and entrepreneurial preparation,and it will also play a regulatory role in the relationship between entrepreneurial management capacity,entrepreneurial technical capacity and entrepreneurial execution capacity.Third,the characteristics of open innovation play a different degree of regulation in the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity ability,entrepreneurial technical ability and entrepreneurial preparation behavior or entrepreneurial execution behavior.Fourth,the characteristics of sustainable development play a regulatory role in the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity ability,entrepreneurial sustainability and entrepreneurial preparation behavior or entrepreneurial execution behavior,among which the regulatory effect in the relationship between entrepreneurial sustainability and entrepreneurial execution is more remarkable.Fifth,user collaboration entrepreneurship which based on the network entrepreneurial platform leadershipis relying on the multi-agent embedded and open innovation of the nonlinear interaction mechanism.Users implement entrepreneurial behavior through embedding in the platform development and two-sided markets market.the entrepreneurial operation carrier is the open and innovative sub-platform ecological group,Entrepreneurial behavior patterns are often multi-attribute users of multi-linear entrepreneurship.The innovation of this paper lies in its research object and content.In the research object,this study focuses on the network platform user entrepreneurship.This research proposition has strong innovation and practical significance for the background of the contrast between the emerging entrepreneurship practice of the platform and the relatively poor platform user's entrepreneurial theory.In the research content,the innovation lies in:First,based on the Grounded theory,the researcher creatively constructs the characteristic model and measurement scale of the network entrepreneurial platform,which enriches the platform theory research system;Second,through the comparative normative research,this study constructs the CCBP theoretical model of "competence-context-behavior-performance",thus expanding the entrepreneurial theory model;Third,as an extension of this paper,the researcher has studied the user collaborative entrepreneurial behavior based on the network entrepreneurial platform,and analyzed the platform user's entrepreneurial mechanism,the carrier and the model comprehensively and comprehensively,thus promoted the construction of the platform user's entrepreneurial research system. |
