Research On Cost Allocation Mechanism Of Supply Chain Inventory Alliance Under Uncertain Environment

In recent years,the economic globalization and the international vertical division of labor have profoundly changed the production pattern and the competition of the world manufacturing industry.In twenty-first Century,it is no longer the competition between enterprises and enterprises,but the competition between alliance and alliance.The cost allocation mechanism is the most important factor in the operation efficiency and the stability of the alliance,and the related research is not enough.On the other hand,there are many kinds of cooperative forms such as inventory sharing,cooperative advertising,joint procurement,cooperative research and development,joint pricing and so on.Therefore,this paper takes the supply chain inventory alliance as the research object,taking the alliance cost allocation mechanism as the research perspective,analyzes the operation strategy and the stability of the enterprise in the supply chain alliance,reforms the theory of cost allocation in supply chain alliance..It can solve the problem that the enterprise faces in the new supply chain alliance.This paper is based on the theory analysis,case analysis,game theory and optimization theory.From the point of view of theory and practice,the paper puts forward the theory of cost allocation which is both the starting point and the end point.On the basis of this,the paper summarizes the incentive and stability of supply chain inventory cost allocation.From these two perspectives,the paper studies the different forms of supply chain inventory alliance,and uses examples and numerical simulation to test the conclusions of the study.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)The theories of cost allocation in supply chain alliance were reformed.In this paper,we propose a generalized cost allocation concept,which will be divided into two types:supply decision and distribution decision.It is pointed out that the cost allocation axiom is an important basis for judging the quality of the cost allocation rule.This paper puts forward a quantitative analysis for the operational mechanism of supply chain alliance based on the research with the stability and incentive of cost allocation.(2)The cost allocation mechanism of supply chain alliance based on stability and incentive was proposed.From the distribution decision of the cost allocation,this paper based on the cooperative game theory,summarizes stability of the supply chain alliance cost allocation,points out the intrinsic meaning and characteristics of static stability and farsighted stability.On the other hand,according to the mechanism design theory of the non cooperative game,this paper summarizes stability of the supply chain alliance cost allocation,points out the intrinsic meaning and characteristics of the incentive.(3)The farsighted stability of cost allocation was analysed.Existing cost allocation stability are static,which means that there is no participant can benefit from a deviation from the equilibrium state.Although a step deviation cannot benefit him,but it may lead to other participant produced a series of action,leading to fundamental changes for the structure of the union,so the stability analysis of "farsightedness" will be more in line with reality.In this paper,we use some new concepts the largest consistent set(LCS)and alliance formation equilibrium process(EPCF)in the cooperative game to analyze farsighted stability of the cost allocation.
