Study On Agricultural Leading Enterprises Technical Efficiency From The Perspective Of Industry Cluster

As one of the main business organization of agricultural industrialization,agricultural leading enterprises play a prominent role in promoting the development of agricultural economy,guaranteeing the effective supply of agricultural products and providing a variety of socialized services to the main agricultural industrialization individuals.A great deal of agricultural clusters gradually formed,the agricultural cluster has become the main trend of the development of agricultural industrialization.In this paper,we take the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization as research object,and construct agglomeration theory framework for agricultural leading enterprises.We analyze the development of leading enterprises and its function.We also analyze the internal influences between the agricultural clusters and agricultural leading enterprises,by adopting the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research method.The main aim is to explore the path to optimize the allocation of resources,to improve the technical efficiency of enterprises,to promote the healthy development of agriculture and rural economy.Based on the data of agricultural industrialization demonstration base and national agricultural leading enterprises,combining the related theory of industrial cluster and technical efficiency,we measure the agricultural clusters efficiency and comparatively analyze the differences in the technical efficiency of agricultural leading enterprises.On the basis of the above analysis,we focus on the effect of the agricultural clusters on the performance of agricultural leading enterprises.The results are as follows:Firstly,there are obvious differences in the efficiency of different types of agricultural clusters.From the time trend,the efficiency of agricultural clusters is increasing.From different regions,the total efficiency of agricultural clusters in eastern region is much greater than that in central and western regions.From the types of agricultural clusters in different types,the efficiency is very different;efficiency of Enterprise-driven agricultural clusters is significantly higher than other types.The difference of the technical efficiency is the main source of total efficiency of agricultural clusters.Scale efficiency difference between clusters is relatively small.Secondly,Technical efficiency of agricultural leading enterprises is relatively high,but there are obvious differences among regions,industry,types of agricultural clusters.Specifically,the results show that the technical efficiency of agricultural leading enterprises in central region is much greater than that in eastern and western regions.The efficiency of grain enterprises is relatively higher than animal husbandry and other types of enterprises.The technical efficiency of enterprises in the agricultural clusters is higher than enterprises that out of the agricultural clusters.The efficiency of grain enterprises in different types of cluster has no obvious diffidence.But the technical efficiency of animal husbandry enterprises in different clusters types is obviously different.Technical efficiency of agricultural leading enterprises from the overall,sub regional perspective,there are absolute β convergence and conditionalβ convergence.Thirdly,the impact of agricultural clusters on the technical efficiency of agricultural leading enterprises is significant and positive.But there is significantly different effect of different types of clusters on the technical efficiency of agricultural leading enterprises.From industry types,the effect of industrial clusters on the technical efficiency of the grain leading enterprises is greater than that of animal husbandry.The influence of the industrial park and the industrial clusters on the technical efficiency of grain and animal husbandry leading enterprises is positive.The influence of the industrial parks on the technical efficiency of the food and animal husbandry leading enterprises is higher than that of the other cluster types.Fourthly,Clusters can improve the technical efficiency of agricultural leading enterprises,but the agricultural leading enterprises should also pay more attention to their own development.The results show that the scale of the enterprise and the close tied degree of the farmers can improve the technical efficiency of agricultural leading enterprises,but urbanization can reduce the technical efficiency of agricultural leading enterprises.Other factors such as the nature of the enterprise,whether the listed company and other factors have different effects on the technical efficiency of different types of agricultural leading enterprises.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the following suggestions.Firstly,adjust measures to local conditions of agricultural clusters.Secondly,increase expenditure in R&D,to promote the formation of public R&D and sharing platform.Thirdly,make full use of the good trend of the urbanization development.Fourthly,encourage innovation of enterprises and improve mechanism farmers’ profits connection.Lastly,the government should continue to increase the fiscal and financial support to the agricultural clusters and agricultural leading enterprises.
