Research On Professional Structure Adjustment Of Higher Vocational Education Based On Evolution Of Industrial Structure

Integrating into regional industry is considered as a symbol of formation and characteristic development for regional vocational education.The integration requires higher vocational colleges to adjust their specialty structure to match regional industrial structure.Starting from the relationship between education and economy,the thesis focused on higher vocational specialty structure in education field and medium industrial structure in economy field,with an aim to study the adjustment of higher vocational specialty structure from the perspective of industrial structure evolution.Industrial structure determines employment structure,because industrial structure changes will inevitably require professional structure to adjust.In the same way,employment structure determines higher vocational specialty structure,for professionals in every economic field are fostered through different specialty education in colleges.In the present time,our higher vocational specialty structure is significantly unfit for industrial structure,which severely decreases the attractive force and influence of higher vocational colleges,furthermore,decreases its survival and development.With economic development and industrial structure evolution,collegiate specialty structure of our higher vocational education will inevitably have some change.What are the laws and characteristics of it?In what way does the structure adjust dynamically with industrial structure development in Taiwan district and other highly-developed vocational education countries such as Germany,USA,Australia and Singapore?These questions lead to problem consciousness.The author tries to comprehend,discover and reflect on the mutual movement and adjustment approaches of industrial structure evolution and specialty structure from both longitudinal historic perspective and horizontal nationality perspective,with an aim to provide solid proof for the following specialty structure adjustment proposal.Studying along the main line of what content does the specialty adjustment involve in(adjustment content)and in which way does the adjustment happen(adjustment mechanism),the thesis recalled historic logic of industrial structure evolution and specialty structure in our country since our founding,and summarized features of overseas industrial structure evolution from its content and mechanism.It also took Shandong province as an example and made indepth study on its industrial structure and higher vocational specialty structure,making a statistic analysis on its higher vocational enrollment predication,and putting forward a strategic advice for its industrial structure adjustment.Theory and practice always involve bi-directional construction process.The use of empirical research paradigm was to understand the nature of objects and generalize its development law through data analysis.The thesis chose Shandong province as a research object,and comprehensively analyzed the adaptability of vocational specialty structure on the province's industrial structure with Delphi's method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method.With a reference to industry-higher vocational education deviation index and higher vocational education-employment deviation index,it also analyzed the goodness of fit among industrial structure,vocational structure and talent demand structure in the province,and then summarized the existing specialty structure problems of higher vocational education.Identifying problems is aimed at making reasonable predication.The thesis built modeling of relations between higher vocational education and tertiary industries in Shandong province by adopting such methods as correlational analysis,partial correlation analysis,regression analysis and time series analysis.It acquired vocational enrollment rates expectation from 2016 to 2020,hence provides data for specialty adjustment in Shandong higher vocational colleges.On basis of the above-mentioned research process,it tried every means to avoid empiricism and put forward specialty adjustment principles and strategies.Main chapters of the thesis are "Historic logic of industrial structure evolution and specialty structure adjustment in China","overseas specialty structure adjustment experiences and references","Higher vocational enrollment rates expectation based on industrial structure in Shandong province",and "Studies on higher vocational specialty adjustment principles and strategies based on changes of Shandong industrial structure",central contents and logical line of which are generally narrates above.As a whole,the writer laid emphasis on questioning and pondering throughout the whole research process.The research presented a methodology relative to coming to worthwhile conclusions,with an expectation of offering a research mode of interaction and inspiration among fellow empirical researchers.
