In recent years, the voice of vigorously developing vocational education and deepening the reform of vocational education is increasing, and the construction of vocational education specialty as one of the core contents of vocational education reform and development is also of concern. Liaoning province has repeatedly proposed to achieve the docking of specialty and industrial and specialty cluster and industrial cluster in the relevant documents of vocational education specialty construction. Therefore, it has theoretical and practical significance to study the relationship between vocational education specialty structure and regional industrial structure in Liaoning province and the problems are worth deep thinking.This study clarify the research status of the field of the coordination(or adaptive, anastomosis) between vocational education specialty structure and regional industrial structure, fully absorb the research perspectives and approaches, and on the basis of theoretical analysis, construct the vocational education specialty structure and regional industry structure evaluation index system and use the existing coordination evaluation model to calculate and analyze the coordination degree between them, put forward several policy suggestions from the macro and micro level, in order that on the basis of improving the level of their respective development, harmonizing the relationship between them. This research is divided into five parts in addition to the preface chapter:The first part discusses the theoretical basis of vocational education specialty structure and industrial structure, namely the petty Clark theorem, Kuznets theory and theory of rationality from the perspective of Philosophy and coordination theory;The second part discusses the connotation, elements and coordination of the vocational education specialty structure and industrial structure, and on the basis of this, determines the corresponding index of the specialty education and industrial structure;In the third part, based on the index system, the paper uses the existing coordination model to calculate the static coordination degree and dynamic coordination degree between vocational education specialty structure and industrial structure in Liaoning Province from 2011 to 2014;In the fourth part, according to the calculation results of the third part, probe into the coordination relationship between the vocational education specialty structure and regional industrial structure, summarize the problems and explore the possible reasons for the problems;The fifth part, from two aspects of macro and micro level, it puts forward policy recommendations to improve the relationship between the vocational education specialty structure and industrial structure. At the macro level, the first is to improve the level of regional economic development and to increase investment in vocational education; the second is to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, and to guide vocational education specialty structure adapt to industrial structure; the third is to effectively improve the quality of talent quality and to enhance the talent level; the fourth is to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and to expand the scale of vocational education. At the micro level, this research puts forward to establish and improve the public network information release platform and specialty reporting procedures and evaluation mechanism.
