| Under the current situation of domestic oil companies’production and operation, with the idea of benefit as the center, how to utilize optimization to improve profits of production and operation is the important issue of concern. First, this paper studies the production and operation optimization process with the system optimization method based on benefit improvement of oilfields’production and operation. Then, because speed of informatization construction has been accelerated, data types and data volume arising from oilfields’ production and operation process have been expanded rapidly, and big data features have been presented, storage and processing performance of traditional database for these data has decreased rapidly; therefore, this paper develops an optimization system of oilfields’ production and operation based on the big data.The achievements enrich and perfect the operation strategy management system, methods system and informatization construction of oil companies’upstream business.Traditional oilfield’s production and operation database has some limit of dealing with semi-structured and unstructured data, so based on 4 types of data acquisition including materialization or ETL engine to collect the production and operation optimization data of oilfields and to realize the distributed storage with HDFS to solve relative data storage problem.MapReduce technology which is based on the big data has built Hadoop distributed processing and analysis platform and production and operation optimization system frame. In the system frame, storage mode comparison of traditional Oracle database and Hbase has been conducted which has proved that big data storage and processing of Hbase could be effectively connected with the Oracle database storage to ensure the efficiency of data calls and storage. The big data management of production and operation optimization in the oilfields has been realized.In the research of yield model prediction method, Weng’s prediction model has been improved for binary linear automatic matching to avoid the limitation of the trial and error method. In the connection of yield model, operation cost, depreciation and loss prediction methods, upstream business production and operation optimization flow and system optimization methods have been proposed including technical optimization, economic optimization and integrated optimization.Forecasting method based on drilling costs’principal component has been proposed under the foundation of drilling cost composition analysis with two factors including fixed cost and variable cost which could influnse the drilling cost. The method is applied to the progressive optimization model which could make the projects which is not up to the standard but can improve the oilfield’s overall efficiency go back to improve the precision of the integrated optimization model.Finally, combined big data theory about production and operation in the oilfields with production and operation optimization methods, optimization system of oilfields’production and operation based on big data bas been developed and applied to the oil company to ensure the reserve, production, investment, cost and benefit of different targets with better actual optimization effects. Further research and explain the feasibility and applicability of the process and optimization method system of production and operation, as well as the reasonable reliability of the software system which has good effects on improving the production and operation benefits in the oilfields. |
