In recent years,with the continuous enhance of social economic,and high land development intensity.The level of population urbanization process has been speeded up.With the increasing number of motor vehicle,the traffic problem is becoming more and more prominent.The demand for transportation has been greatly raised.As the supply and demand of urban roads are seriously unbalanced,the traffic congestion problem is becoming increasingly serious,resulting in increased risk of traffic accidents and deteriorating travel environment.In order to relieve traffic pressure,the relationship between land development and traffic supply should be properly coordinated.To make scientific and effective traffic impact assessment becomes the key to resolve conflicts.Based on this,in order to expand the research method of traffic impact assessment,based on the field research data and electric alarm data as the basic basis,this paper adopts the method of combining big data technology,theory and engineering practice to conduct in-depth research on the method of traffic impact assessment of construction projects.The specific contents of the paper include:(1)This paper summarizes the research status of traffic impact assessment at home and abroad,and introduces the basic theories related to big data,including Hadoop platform,HDFS distributed storage,and YARN resource scheduling framework(2)Elaborated the basic theory of traffic impact assessment in detail.It includes the basic concepts of traffic impact assessment theory,the definition of project space-time scope,road traffic characteristics,traffic demand and the evaluation of traffic impact degree.It respectively explains the traffic capacity and service level of sections and intersections,and clarifies the determination method of the scope and duration of traffic impact assessment project.(3)Taking electric alarm data as the object,relying on big data Hadoop platform,and based on distributed programming model Map Reduce,the traffic investigation algorithm and block OD algorithm for road intersections were constructed.Java language was used for corresponding programming to solve the most basic data analysis and processing problems in traffic impact assessment.(4)taking the traffic impact assessment of suda affiliated hospital of suzhou park as an example and combining the electric police data as an example,the practical application of traffic impact assessment was carried out to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.The research results show that compared with the traditional manual survey data acquisition,the data extraction and analysis based on Hadoop platform has higher efficiency and smaller error,which makes up for the deficiency of traditional traffic impact assessment in the data acquisition and processing stage.Relying on the big data analysis technology of transportation,this paper provides a new way for the traffic impact assessment of construction projects,and also provides technical basis for the construction of intelligent transportation and smart city.
