A Philosophical Interpretation On The Organic Integration Of Scientific Spirit And Humanistic Spirit In Business Administration

With the development of globalization, China is facing challenges from all respects. So is the business negotiation, one of important roles of governments, which is in charge of managing, serving and supervising the market. Based on the above-mentioned challenges and from the angle of organic integration of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit , this paper dissertates that reforms in business adminastration are necessary , urgent and conform to the times. Beginning with the analysis of badness in current business negotiation, it studies the cultural reasons and point out that is due to the lack of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit. Hence, it summarizes from the ancient, temporary, domestic and overseas dimensions and bring up the core argument of this paper: integration of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit in business administration. How to realize this modern conception and modern modes of business negotiation, reform and innovate are also formulated. This text brings comment from the history, and prolongs to detailed files and polemical spirit ,thus taked personal opinion running through all of China's current Business Administration.
