Infrared search system has the characteristics of far distance detection and passive work,which can realize the imaging of a certain range of airspace and omni-directional panoramic images,it also can realize the detection of the target in the panoramic image.A wide range of research has been carried out on infrared search system at home and abroad,infrared search system technology has been more mature by using line detectors currently.In order to further improve the detection distance of the infrared search system,the image quality,and the full range of imaging efficiency.This paper adopted infrared search system based on infrared array detector,and carried out the key technology research.A fast steering mirror is introduced in the infrared array search system,when the infrared field array detector perform the search scan imaging,control the rapid steering mirror to reverse the motion compensation,to solve the problem of scanning imaging tail in the array detector.In this paper,an experimental array of infrared array search system is built and an omnidirectional search imaging experiment is carried out.This paper first introduces the components of the infrared search system and describes the functions of the components,then expounds the overall design of infrared search system,and propose the composition and overall design scheme of the fast mirror system,analyze the principle of image shift compensation in the infrared array search system.This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the dynamic compensation scheme of the rapid steering mirror and step staring scheme of the infrared array search system,full use of the infrared array detector high frame rate imaging characteristics.In the case of ensuring the image quality of the infrared array detector,the search efficiency is improved.The key mechanism in the system that affects the quality of the image is the control performance of the fast steering mirror subsystem.In order to get better control performance,In this paper,the fast steering mirror system is modeled and analyzed,The least square method is used to analyze the fast steering mirror model,and analyzed the factors affecting the control performance of the fast steering mirror,Including mechanical resonance and digital controller on the control performance.In order to obtain a better control performance for fast mirrors,This paper abandons the traditional PID control method,In this paper,the control method of combined disturbance observer and zero phase difference controller is proposed,increased control accuracy and control bandwidth for fast steering mirrors.Finally,the experimental prototype of the infrared array search system was completed,and carried out the image shift compensation experiment and omnidirectional search imaging experiment,and analyzed the test results,The experimental results show that the infrared array search system based on fast mirror motion compensation can meet the requirements of imaging parameters.
