With the construction of Shanghai international shipping center, the function of the traditional port had got unprecedented development, which extended from the normal loading and unloading, transport business to high value-added comprehensive logistics services, such as packaging, processing, storing, taxes and free trade information services. At the same time, the amphibious transport container is also flourishing, which has formed typical modes of modern logistics. About 80% of the container transportation in Shanghai port is completed by the container truck, which brings great pressure to the land transport. So it has been a key issue that how to accurately and timely provide effective logistics information services to promote the construction of Shanghai international shipping center.This paper describes how to build a city logistics transport control system to improve the efficiency of truck transport and the throughput of Shanghai port trough the CPS system. In the design of this system, we put forward the method of using ant colony algorithm to optimize the path selection; And the game theory algorithm is proposed to optimize the resource allocation of the strategic alliance, which is used to improve the throughput of the port and strengthen the overall competitive advantage.The main innovations and contributions of this paper are as follows:1.Aiming at problems of container truck dispatching in land and water transportation, this paper puts forward the design framework of city logistics transport control system based on the CPS, and the interconnection design of short distance wireless communication protocol in network technology throughout the device layer; With RFID technology to realize all kinds of data acquisition, and through the cloud platform to realize data storage and processing; Software development based on.NET platform in order to achieve the data analysis, data query and traceability decision, which constitutes the main business model of application layer. Smartly scheduling and managing container trucks by using CPS concept and technology, so as to effectively improve the overall logistics efficiency of Shanghai port.2. In the design of city logistics transport control system, this paper puts forward a method based on ant colony algorithm to calculate the shortest path of urban logistics. Through the design of the city logistics model based on CPS, the paper analyzes the application effect of ant colony algorithm when it is used for the city logistics model. By comparing the differences in different algorithms of the transportation distance, it is concluded that ant colony algorithm is superior in calculating the logistics transportation path.3. This paper uses the game theory to analyze the interest aggregation of strategic alliance. And it studies the influence factors of income and fair distribution in the strategic alliance through interest distribution and strategy adjustment in the game theory. To a certain extent, the conclusion of this method reflects that the strategic alliance is playing an important role in maximizing returns and the constraint relationship between user demand and price through the Stackelberg game analysis, and providing a good policy support to build strategic alliance and globally optimize urban logistics transportation control system.In this paper, the city logistics transport control system adapts to the mainstream of industrial development, in line with the trend of the development of new industries, which has a certain reference value for the integration of industrial structure, but also has positive significance for the development, and play a supporting role in the construction of Shanghai international shipping center, the relevant regional economic and social development.
