| Since 1999,when domestic colleges and universities started the enrollment expansion policy,China's higher education has developed in an unconventional,catch-up and leap-forward way with Chinese characteristics.By 2019,Higher Education in China has stepped into the development stage of universalization.Wave of logistics socialization reform in colleges and the introduction of market competition mechanism,along with the gradually transforms the marketization of part of the university dormitory property services,"management" and "service" model refinement and differentiation,also make the university dormitory management function further clear,dormitory management and ideological and political education work in turn became the focus of the college students affairs authorities.For a long time,the origin of college students' daily life has been neglected and forgotten,and student dormitory has been in the hidden area of the research field of college education.This study to explore from the perspective of sociology student dormitories in pre-‘the background' phenomenon,and further reveals the phenomenon through the reasons behind,reflect on the education management mechanism,aiming at existing in current dorm life education performance crisis provides some Suggestions and countermeasures,and the existing problems about the university students' dormitory is rich in research.The universities selected for investigation in this research are all in eastern provinces and cities,including double first-class construction universities,ordinary undergraduate and professional colleges of different types and different levels.The research adopted observation method,interview method and object analysis method to investigate the dormitory life in colleges and universities.The study found that college students' dormitories used to be the background of student life,but were pushed to the front under the ‘observation' of education management,and fell into a vicious circle of education externalization.Students achieved good impression management of moral quality through the compliance of behavior,clean and tidy internal affairs,and carefully arranged wall culture.Students' dormitories in colleges and universities present a phenomenon of separation between the foreground scenery and the backstage area,resulting in the behavioral differentiation between the background and the front stage,and the externalization of education such as the instrumentalization of the foreground landscape.This study believes that the phenomenon of background preposition in college dormitories shows the blind area of the current dormitory management,such as the absence of education concept,rigid management system and superficial evaluation of dormitory culture.Students lack self-discipline awareness,lack of attention to dormitory life,students subculture low growth.College dormitory life is bound to be alert to the crisis of educational performance brought by the foreground of the background,and it is necessary to establish the concept of student-oriented,attach importance to the function of student development of the dormitory,and construct the community of student dormitory.The functional partition of dormitory should be added,the living density of population should be rationalized,and the dormitory sharing space should be built.Optimize the dormitory management system,improve the evaluation mechanism,and build the student autonomous organization.Giving full play to the advantages of dormitory peer groups,promoting the deep development of dormitory culture,and realizing dormitory culture education. |
