China is the country with the largest number of hearing impaired people in the world.Due to natural and social causes such as genetics, natural disasters, illnesses, and sudden accidents, hearing impairment has always existed. The impairment of hearing make the hearing impaired people restricted in many social activities, and make the hearing impaired become a socially disadvantaged group. The state has enacted a series of laws and policies to protect the rights and services of people with disabilities. However, based on the author's observations in daily life, the hearing impaired people are still in a weak position. There is always a barrier between the hearing impaired and the hearing people, hindering each other's interactions, and not only in language. Therefore, the author takes the“silent world shared space”project that he is responsible for as the research object, and uses the literature method, interview method, observation method and other research methods to explore the fusion relationship between the hearing impaired person and the hearing person, and explore how to eliminate the isolation band and reduce the loss.Obstruction, let the two groups of people move toward integration?Based on the theory of social constructivism, this study believes that society is jointly constructed by hearing impaired people and hearing people. These two vocabulary and sign language are also constructed, but because the hearing person has mastered the discourse system,he is in a strong and power side. The hearing impaired person is on the weak side and the side is excluded.According to Piaget's child construction understanding mechanism, the author puts forward the "reciprocal inclusion" service concept, emphasizing the reciprocal service object and the reciprocal service content, that is,the service object is both the hearing impaired and the hearing people, the service content should satisfy both people demand. The reciprocal inclusion project of "silent world, shared space" implemented by the author, including 21 service objects of hearing impaired people and hearing people. In the first, middle and late period, there are 7 project activities in Nanjing Normal University Of Special Education. The process is divided into three stages, from the beginning of the two sides to the understanding stage, through the middle of the running-in process(assimilation and adaptation),into the final two-way integration stage, that is,"cognition-assimilation and adaptation-inclusion" three stages. The three stages carry out different activities to enable the hearing impaired and the hearing people to continuously understand each other in the process,to cooperate and interact with each other,to discover the characteristics of each other,to adapt to each other's lifestyles and ways of doing things, and finally cooperate with each other to achieve two-way integration.Based on the evaluation and reflection of the "silent world, shared space"project, the study discussed the sustainability and reproducibility of the project, the practical application of social constructivism, the development of team work for the hearing impaired, and the popularization of sign language learning.
