The inheritance of the Khan position is related to the rise and fall of the Mongol Empire,and the struggle for power within the Mongol Empire is concentrated on the struggle for the inheritance of the Khan's right.From Qabul qa'an to Huizong of Yuan Dynasty withdraw from great capital of Yuan.The Mongols have gone through three stages:the tribe alliance,the great Mongolia state and the Yuan Dynasty.In order to master the ruling power,the Mongols fought for the Khan position continuously in these three historical periods.Because of the different social development degree,the dispute of the Khan position in different historical periods has both commonness and uniqueness.On the basis of referring to previous studies and historical data,this paper studies the inheritance of Khan in Mongolia,Mongolia,and the Yuan Dynasty.The paper consists of four chapters(five parts).The first chapter of the study during the period of the Mongolia tribal alliance sweat inheritance issues,focusing on the following three questions:first,Qiyan,Taiciyud tribal alliance first person is Qabul Qa'an.Second,the law of tribe alliance for the blog coalition of Qiyan,Taiciyud 's Khan of theinheritance.The period of the three generation of Cinggis qa'an to establish the tribal alliance in Mongolia Qiyan and Taici?ud two clan based,at the same time,including some other clan.By the sweat of tribal alliance giyan and Taiciyud clan sweat turns in two.Third,the Khan inheritance of Mongolia Qiyan and Taici?ud two clan.Qiyan and Taic?yud is the two most important tribal alliance,them made their clan sweat.The second chapter discusses Cinggis qa'an to Mongke qa'an in succession.Xianbei,Khitan,Mongolia and other Mongolia clan,in the tribal Khan appointed heir,and to give priority to age and ability.Cinggis qa'an in the legislative heir,the eldest son of joci priority,but in view of the contradiction between joci and Ogedei,will eventually stand for the three sub entropy Ogedei qa'an heir,and give Khan belongs to a generation of Ogedei.Due to the influence of feudal system,Tolui have a strong military,deliberately delayed Ogedei ascended the throne,even for Khan's intention.After Guyug qa'an,who is the son of Ogedei,Mongke qa'an take power from the Ogedei family to Tolui family.The third chapter discusses Qubilai to renzong of Yuan Dynasty period Khan inheritance.After the accession of Qubilai qa'an to the throne,in many Han Chen's suggestion,carried out a series of law system,one of them is primogeniture.This has improved the election of the crown prince of Yuan Dynasty.As a local and under the jurisdiction of Mongolia and the Central Plains Han Empire,the policy should be combined with traditional Mongolia and French law.At the appointed crown prince,Mongolia traditional "the youngest son keep production line" and "the queen wear the power" and etc,the system of Khan inheritance still have an important impact.The fourth chapter investigates the succession of Khan's position in the period of yinzong of Yuan Dynasty to the huizong of Yuan Dynasty.During the period,the power structure of the Yuan Dynasty changed,and the power of the officials in the central government expanded.At the same time,the forces of the kings were greatly weakened.Therefore,the change of the Khan position in the middle and late Yuan Dynasty period was closely related to the influence of the officials in charge of the Korean regime.In addition,taking into account the integrity of the paper,also inspected the Khan succession of the Yuan period(1368-1635).The appendix part focuses on the influence of some Mongolia Khan inherited the traditional system,such as "the youngest son guard production","the queen wear the power","two inspecting system"and so on.
